I bought this from Amazon UK but it does not have a UK plug and the voltage is not compatible :( I'm absolutely gutted as I was really looking forward to trying it out, plus the colour goes perfectly in my kitchen!

We've now used this for nearly 100 cups of tea or coffee, and it's holding up wonderfully. Some reviews talk about quality, but we've had zero issues and believe this is a durable, affordable water heater. You can simply touch the temperature you desire and within 1-2 seconds the water is at that temperature. We also love the unique and trendy colors, which are great because we leave this out on the kitchen counter and it's attractive out in the open. Because the water mainly goes through the tank, it's very easy to wash and wipe clean. Even when I have needed to refill it, somehow the water is still heated within mere seconds, exactly to the temperature. Great purchase and precisely what we needed!

I like this Northmas Electric Kettle Dispenser because it's one of VERY FEW hot water dispensers that actually stores room temperature water, and there is no "hot holding tank" meaning it actually heats the water at time of use, not 24/7. Most of these style of instant on demand units aren't genuinely instant on demand, but rather traditional style water heaters with a tank hidden somewhere. If I go 2 weeks without using this dispenser, I don't want it heating water all that time, wasting electricity. This one does not heat anything until you touch that button. I'm a plumber, and this is important to me. I know what I want. This delivers it to me. The only bad point is I do wish these companies would stop ASSUMING that we all have children. NO KIDS HERE, stop making me hold the annoying child lock!!! Disable that BS!!! I'm a grown butt man. If I hit the button I want the water. Sheesh. I shouldn't have to hold an annoying child lock button EVERY SINGLE TIME. Annoying AF.

Outstanding product, I’ve had it for a year now, we use it every single day, much better than the zojiyoshi one. I just wish the water tank is easier to grab. The flow is slow but I can do other things while waiting for the water.
