Doesn’t charge fully nor will it turn on and can’t return

I have now own this massager for about a month and it is still on the same single charge! I may need to recharge it here soon, but this battery lasts a long time. The massager itself is very quite but I noticed this does depend on the level you have it on. When it comes to being soft, it really is super soft. For me, I was worried about the noise level but like I mentioned above, depending on the setting, you can't even hear it! All I can saw is that yes it's waterproof, yes it's quite and yes it gets the job done! Not to mention, the size of this massager makes it really easy for me to store this anywhere without it taking up a lot of space!

A pesar de ser compacto, funciona muy bien y cumple con lo que promete. La batería dura bastante y es fácil de recargar. Vibration is great! but it is really loud 😅🥹 the color is cute. And it's definitely worth the price. The the modes on them are kind of like the same. Just different timing unfortunately. I haven't had it long enough to test the battery life yet.
