You need MacOS Sequoia (15.x), the fn/globe key doesn't work on lower versions
This is a great keyboard, especially if you often switch between using the laptop builtin keyboard and an external keyboard/monitor setup like I do. The key layouts are identical and so you don't have trouble switching between the two. But please note: The keyboard is fully compatible only with Mac OS 15.1 (ie, Sequoia). I was on Sonoma (14.5) and the "globe" (or fn) key didn't work. Which meant I couldn't forward-delete or page-up or page-down using the key combinations fn+delete and fn+up-arrow etc. I really didn't care about other things like volume control and display brightness using the function keys, but they also didn't work. So I had to upgrade to Sequoia. But that didn't work either. It would download for 30-40 minutes, prepare Sequoia, and reboot. But after reboot it would say "Your computer restarted due to a problem" and the upgrade was not complete, I was still on Sonoma and the globe key stayed unufunctional. Finally, after lot of googling I figured that Apple has screwed up. Sequoia 15.4 has a problem during upgrade. And it chooses the latest version if you go through the default System Settings -> General -> Software Upgrade route. As of writing this review, 15.4 is the latest version. So I had to use the terminal and some obscure commands to upgrade to 15.3.2. Now the keyboard is functioning nicely and I am happy. Amazon is not at fault. Apple is. And Apple support is useless. They couldn't tell me that the keyboard was not fully compatible with Sonoma. Neither could they solve the upgrade issue. The next laptop I am buying won't be an Apple laptop for sure. The only thing I should suggest is that Amazon should include the compatibility requirement in the product description, which is sorely missing.
