So nearly $10 a day for your dogs food? Is this company for real?

I use it for backpacking trips where I have to carry multiple days of my food and my dogs food in my backpack. My dogs regular food weight 1.5 pounds per day, 3 days worth of this for my dog weighs less than a pound. I didn’t even realize people fed their dogs this regularly, that would be way to expensive for me. Some people spend tons of money on their pets though, I'm not wealthy so I only use it on backpacking trips.

How long would this food last for a dog who is 15 pounds?

Oh I would say probably at least 2 weeks. My dog was 50 lbs and it lasted 10 days. But I guess it depends on how much food your eats, mine didn't eat that much he was over 15years old. I didn't go by the amount they suggested, it was way too much. Make sure you break up bricks, add warm water, and let it absorb all the water. It's a good food - did you read ingredients? Yummy!
