Good saw and very functional for farm work, more than enough battery backup for my use, not noisy like petrol ones, easy to fix but chain drops off the rail if used on thin shaking branches, good customer service for warranty registration, good follow up to register the product..so that it is covered under warranty... over all good product by ibell... keep it up and make some more farmer friendly products... and by the way keep some oil extra at home as it drinks up lot of oil for lubrication even after keeping setting to minimum...

One day purchase But nice product end useful

A perfect purchase. I was looking for a reliable Battery Operated Chainsaw, after watching loads videos of chainsaw and its use through YouTube, I decided to go ahead with the iBell BS-20 as this is my first Chainsaw Purchase, and my first impression review after using it for a week - I think this is the most perfect Mini chainsaw in the market, which provides with a Warranty Period at this budget. Since I live in a Plantation my main concerns when buying a Chainsaw was that it should be lightweight, portable and reliable since this is for personal use. The Customer Service is also prompt and helpful in Warranty Registration and providing information regarding service related matters. The only suggestion I can think of is that the carry case should be a bit bigger, so that the chainsaw can be carried without dismantling the chain.

Poor performance.. Very poor battery performance and the chain also does not remains on its place .. even after full charge, it does not work for more than 15 mins ... expected better performance and product.. returned the product but it's not picked up on its schedule time n date adding more trouble to existing.

Good value for money for small garden jobs. Ideal for garden tree pruning. Battery is really good for all jobs. Assembly and use is quite intuitive due to good design. The two-stage safety mechanism - lock and trigger - is intuitive. The assembled machine is light and easily portable. Cutting is very effective. A clear plex eye shield is recommended. Manufacturer can think of adding a small bottle of chainsaw oil as it cannot be used without filling the oil tank. Type of oil should be specified. Use of "chainsaw oil" is recommended. Some aspects of chain saws, such as the cutting edge, direction of chain travel, tensioning the chain, ideal tension, etc though intuitive, should be clearly documented in User Manual. Of course, there are plenty of tutorial videos on platforms such as YouTube.

المنتج سيء جدا للاسف ولا يعتمد عليه مع صعوبة التركيب ويعمل قليلا ثم ترتخي السلسلة وتضعف البطارية
