Great value for the price
These fans work really well for the price. The fan quality feels solid and they move plenty of air while staying fairly quiet. The all-black design looks clean and fits nicely with the rest of my setup. Cable length was just right and installation was quick and easy. Everything lined up perfectly with my case and radiator. I’ve been running them for a while now(around 4 months) with no issues. Overall, they perform better than expected and are definitely worth it if you’re looking for reliable cooling on a budget.

Great budget fans for stealth.
I had bought theses fans for my home server computer. They work amazingly and are almost silent, they have fantastic temperature control, granted my server never really has to work too hard, but they are still great at pushing air towards my CPU and GPU. They have a nice black color perfect for being unnoticed, and since they are a traditional 120mm, they fit amazing in my case and should give no issue to your case.

!!!Amazing for the price
Fans came in and look great. The daisy chain feature is super awesome for cable management. They fit right into my case and them fans themselves are super sturdy and as quiet as any fan I’ve ran. Will buy again for future white-out builds!

Unbeatable Value & Performance: The Budget ARGB Fan King!
After installing the Thermalright TL-C12C-S 5-pack in three custom builds (gaming rigs, workstations, and a media server), I’m stunned by how these $20–$25 fans outperform competitors costing 3× more. Core Strengths Elite Cooling for Pennies: Each fan delivers 66.17 CFM airflow and 1.53 mm H₂O static pressure at max speed—enough to handle dense heatsinks and case ventilation. In testing, they dropped CPU temps by 8°C vs. stock fans in a Ryzen 5 7600X build. Even at 50% PWM, airflow rivals premium brands like Noctua and be quiet! Whisper-Quiet Operation: The S-FDB bearings minimize vibration, keeping noise ≤25.6 dBA at full tilt (1550 RPM). At 800–1000 RPM (typical gaming loads), they’re near-silent. Far quieter than cheaper jet-engine alternatives Stunning ARGB Lighting: High-brightness LEDs with 17 customizable effects (rainbow, pulse, static, etc.). The translucent blades diffuse light evenly, creating a "halo" effect. Daisy-chaining support simplifies wiring—connect 5 fans to one ARGB header! Minor Nitpicks Wire Management: Daisy-chaining 5 fans creates cable clutter—use zip ties!. Documentation: Chinese-only manuals may confuse beginners (YouTube solves this). ARGB fans need a 3-pin (5V) header on Motherboard. Pick up SATA to 5V 3PIN Fan Controller incase motherboard doesn't have a specify ARGB 3-pin (5V) header. Full-Speed Noise: Audible at 1550 RPM—set a PWM curve below 1300 RPM for silence For under $30, this 5-pack is a no-brainer for builders, upgraders, and RGB enthusiasts. It trounces budget rivals (like Arctic P12) in aesthetics and matches premium fans in cooling. Whether you’re decking out an O11 Dynamic or reviving an old rig, Thermalright proves you don’t need to splurge for brilliance.

Solid for Cheap
Solid fans that fit the bill for cheap as case fans at the price I paid and the product is as expected. At 100% PWM they are quite loud so I recommend >75% if all five are running the same speed. Beyond this the product was a very easy installation. However there have been a few incidents on other sites with people that report rattling after only a few months of use; I will edit this review to reflect whether or not my batch has fans that start to rattle when the first one starts or in due time when they have not. 1 Month in - Fans are performing admirably with good airflow to date with little to no dust buildup compared to previous fans in my case alongside BETTER temps than my previous ones-- additionally no rattle like reported with others so far. 5 Months - No rattling or weird noises, this is my final update for this review.

PERFECT fans for the price would recommend.
very nice fans. Easy to install. the build quality seems nice and durable. So far, they function great. You can you your motherboards native software to change the color or use 3rd party software like signal rgb. The white does have a bit of a blue-ish look but most whites do when it comes to pc parts. They keep my pc cool and it is nice they come in a pack of 5.

Perfomance is great!
The Fans are great, ARGB as colorful as advertised. So far, noise level is good ofc, if you run them at max speed, they will make noise but, so far I'm satisfied! Plus Thermalright is best for budget pc bulid! So, worth it! And what as my reason to buy was, it has daisy chaining means that you don't need any external cable extension pin to connect all fans! Performance is great so far! Easy to install! Brightness is great as per your adjustment!

Performance Meets Aesthetics: A Five-Pack Fan Review
I upgraded from a two-fan setup to a six-fan configuration using this five-pack. The fans operate quietly, and the LED lighting adds a stylish touch to my setup. I’m very pleased with the overall look, price, performance, and the extra cooling they provide.
