Easy to setup, works as expected, and is backed by good customer service. Only negative is that it is twice the thickness of a credit card, which for some of the thinner ridge style wallets can limit the number of real cards you can use, but it's still a LOT thinner than an airtag! Update - my card stopped working after about a six months (not battery). I contacted support via Amazon, and got an immediate and helpful response. We couldn't resolve the issue, so they sent out a replacement card which is working fine.

The wallet tracker was easy to set up however when I went to track it 4 months later, it would respond. I tried to delete it from my tracked items in find my which I was able to do, however I’m not able to reset the device after numerous attempts and after watching several videos. I contacted the company through Amazon and they responded by offering a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement and it was again easy to set up. I hope this one lasts longer than before. Update on replacement- this one again fails to be tracked even though it’s next to phone. Resetting doesn’t work. This is an absolutely atrocious product which cannot be depended upon.

Was working well. Perfect for a wallet or where you don’t want a bulky air tag type device. However mine stopped working recently and like a similar review I think it was due to an iOS upgrade as seemed to be around same time. It still has power. I’m not sure the reset worked ( multiple times) or the blue tooth transmitter has died after 6 months. Waiting to see how good customer service is. I note there is an updated model so maybe iOS is the issue Update: very fast response from customer service who offered a replacement or mint back. I asked for a replacement and this was ordered via Amazon but the company the next day. Therefore really good customer service and for once a pleasant surprise

If I’m being honest, I am dubious about the claimed battery life. Only time will tell. This card can’t be recharged, so let’s hope that the battery does last as it will have to be discarded once it runs out. With the 20% off voucher bringing the price down to £11.99 it was worth a gamble but if the price was higher you may be better going for one that can be charged. I have tested the tracking in Find My and everything seems to be working well. I keep the tracker in a card holder and it has no problem sending and receiving a signal. The tracker doesn’t appear to have “precision finding” like you get with an air tag or other Apple devices, but the sounds it emits when you’re searching are loud and easy to pinpoint. When I first saw the card I thought to my self that there was no way that it was the advertised thickness, but as you can see from the photo it is indeed 1.8mm thick. It comes with easy to follow instructions and was very easy to pair to the Find My app.

This little tracker card does what it says on the tin. I use it to track a purse with cards and cash. Of course I don't know if it will really last as long as claimed, but I don't see why not. I am using it on the Apple FindMy network, and it certainly warns me when left behind. It is the same size as a credit card and slightly thicker. I have only heard the sound it makes once, but it seemed loud enough to assist in locating it. As an aside (NOT a criticism of this device), technically it works the same way as the Apple tags, by piggy-backing on available networked and Bluetooth devices near by. This works very well in an urban environment, which is what I need, but presumably not so well in a location with very few networked devices, like a desert or the ocean.

When I got it was great paired straight away and appeared in find my app no issues until about 4 months in it still appears and says the battery is fully charged it’s supposed to last 6 years so it should be but just says NO LOCATION FOUND, even when sitting right next to iPhone I tried the sound to locate it but nothing just a spinning wheel for 10 mins no sound nothing so I removed it from my find my app. And it warned me that someone else could now use the card. Well to be honest they are welcome to give it a try because despite reading the manual and doing everything it suggests it will no longer pair with my iPhone or iPad so basically after 4 months a useless piece of plastic. Plus as someone else mentioned it is twice as thick as a normal credit card so in a minimalist wallet like Ridge or similar it seriously limit the carry capacity for other cards. I would not recommend this product don’t buy it . After reading a few reviews I’m not the only one with this issue. Cheap junk pay the money and get an AirTag it will work flawlessly never had an issue with an AirTag just replace the battery every year or two.

Stopped working after two months. Unable to reactivate connection with phone despite battery still working in item (ie will power up but not recognised by phone). Tried factory reset and retried but no joy. Tried to contact manufacturer help line / customer support - totally useless as did not respond. Amazon uncharacteristically also unhelpful as simply redirected to pointless manufacturer customer support. I may have received a rare faulty product but the lack of support / redress means I won’t be touching anything from this company again.

I recently received this smart card tracker and have been really pleased with it. It’s incredibly thin and lightweight—about the thickness of two credit cards—so it fits easily into my wallet without adding any noticeable bulk. Connecting it to the Apple Find My app was quick and easy. The only minor challenge was figuring out how to turn it on - there’s a clear spot for turning it on but you have press it in the exact spot for it to turn on. But once you press the right spot, the card makes a sound to confirm it’s activated. After that, it worked seamlessly. I really appreciate that it doesn’t need charging and offers a long battery life (up to 6 years, according to the manufacturer). It also has a high waterproof rating, which makes it great for travel. Overall, it’s a great solution for keeping track of your wallet or even your luggage. If you often misplace important items, this is definitely worth checking out.
