I bought one for myself and my boyfriend. I am on a club swim team and my boyfriend trains for marathons. We love this product. I tend to use it in the mornings and evenings. I can take deeper breaths. It has helped with my swimming especially with my flip turns and staying underwater longer. My boyfriend said he can feel the difference as he runs also. We love this product.

It is a great idea for stamina the only thing is you need to turn it to the plus to go to the easy setting and to the minus sing to the hardest setting

Great idea, it’s like a compact elevation mask. It just needs reworking in the lab. Mused and others have mentioned, spit falls a lot from these. Back to the lab guys

TLDR: Decent quality material and construction. Mouth piece a little bit thin. Bi-directional resistance dial for customizable resistance both ways. No physical instructions. The mouth piece is a little thin but overall construction is decent with a resistance dial on the end. There is a card with a qr code for instructions but no instructions in the box. It should be washed before and after each use. Nice storage case. No information on durability yet.

I recently bought a powerbreathe plus and wanted to see how it compared to this. I would say if you can afford the powerbreathe I would make the jump. Powerbreathe makes a wide range of Inspiratory Muscle Trainers (IMT). Their products range from medical to consumer grade. They are featured in many research papers. The consumer product, the power breathe plus features a spring to ensure a constant load. The spring also has a lot more threading than the inhale allowing for small adjustments over a wider range or resistance. The exercises feel more effective on the power breathe because of the spring loading. I also found the powerbreathe to be less noisy. The inhale device causes a whistling sound every time I use it.

It actually helps with breathing. But make sure u don't faint. Breathing thru this will put pressure on lungs. Use wisely read the pros and cons before using it. Keep it well maintained with warm water wash
