Wow - This chair is amazing..
This chair is amazing. It arrived when promised and looks great. It has allot of features that many other massage chairs do not. It is just a great looking piece of furniture. It also does not look like a massage chair when not in use. Overall, a great product

Terrible circus warranty: wasteful, slow frustrating
The warranty process through the Vitalty Limited/Backstore took several months to get parts after dozens of calls and then they choose to leave the customer with a 90 pound entire half of the chair to just dump.This and all companies should not sell things they can not service efficiently with class and dispose of properly.What a waste!! I will never buy one of these "deals" that lure with a discount because they just are not worth your time and money and seem oblivious and irresponsible. What's up

Very adjustable but will peel.
I love the seating adjustability for my beat up old body. The massage functions are pretty good. Be aware, all that looks like leather is not necessarily so.. A fair amount (30-35% ?) is thin plasticky fabric covering which will eventually peel off. I'm an old bachelor so there's no one to make me get rid of it. :-)
