Exactly What it Says on the Packet...but not cheap..
It arrived promptly and was exactly what I wanted - Having shopped around since though, it is a very expensive way to buy pearl barley. Would advise your local Asian shop (£1 for a kilo & no discernible difference in qulaity or taste)
