Splash About Sleeved Floatsuit for Babies and Toddlers Learning to Swim

This float suit is great! This is the 2nd one I have purchased from this company. My first child used the size 1-2 from 16mo to about 3yo. I had to hold her up for the first summer as this float suit does NOT keep them upright on its own, they will fall over until they learn to stay upright. During the summer it was used probably about 5x a week, and it held up great. However, at the end it was pretty stretched out and didn’t form to her body like the material previously had, it was really loose and thin. My 2nd child is 18mo, 26lbs and it fits her great!

We love this swim suit. It's well made and works great in the water. Our daughter needs to kick or move her arms to keep her head up but it is not difficult, it's a great swim suit to have your child supervised in the water. The fabric is excellent and it's easy to clean. This gives her confidence in the water and at the same time she doesn't just sit there. We love it!

Although the suit is cute, a waste of money. My 19 month old fell forward in the baby pool and this suit just left her bobbing with her face stuck in the water, unable to turn over.

Do not make the mistake that this will keep your baby afloat without supervision. Other than that, it works as expected and was cute. NOT easy to get on or off.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These suits are so good, child needs to have arm movement to keep head up & balance. Grandson 2 yrs old & swimming around on his own, supervised of course.

This product is working well for my 20 month old granddaughter. It gives her the freedom to work on the skills needed for swimming while giving a measure of safety as well. Of course at this point we are right there with her every second but I am very pleased with this product.

At first I was alittle skeptical of how well my child would be able to hold up out of the water. She is 3, 37 pounds and I ordered the size 4-6 years old. It fit great and my daughter loved it right out of the package. Today we went to the pool and she was so excited that she could swim all by herself without mommy. It gave her ao much confidence. She didn't want to get out or leave when it was time to go.

Great product, but watch out for the following: . Discoloration of the top part of the suit after about 20 uses (uv issue?) . Thinning of the material after about 20 uses . Does not keep head above water when child looses balance (I removed some floats from a couple of compartments in the back to reduce the risk of her ending on her face, but still monitor very closely. . Floats may pop out from under the middle part. I use this with a small floating ring tight around it and my little one can enjoy kicking and splashing.

Fits my 1.5 year old who is 35lbs. Good material, stretchy. Would need to add more floats for my som as hes a big boy.

Ya hemos comprado varios de esta marca, y estamos encantados. Habíamos probado alguno de otra marca y no tiene nada que ver la flotabilidad que ofrecen. Muy cómodo de ajustar, y se queda a la altura perfecta para que tenga que hacer un pequeño esfuerzo por mantenerse flotando. Es decir, no sirve como seguridad para que no se hunda, sino para enseñarle a nadar con ayuda de un adulto. Le ayuda a aletear con los pies, a pesar del descenso y moverse por el agua.
