the customer service was great i had a question about installing the mirror and they were so prompt and easy . i love the mirror . i tried other led mirors on the market but this is by far is the best. i highly suggest if you need a fancy look in your bathroom .thank you guys

Purchased for master bath remodel. Thought they would be "cheesy" but turns out to be very functional and the defog works great too. Comes very well packed.

This is a repeat purchase. I’m using the same mirror in 2 bathrooms because I love how it looks and really helps my struggling eyesight either applying makeup.

Works well in a dark powder room. We turn the light on and leave it on when we have guests over for lunch/dinner/afternoon tea. The light is bright enough that we rarely need to turn the overhead light on. Goes well with our minimalist style.

We love this mirror! We actually bought 3 of them when we were building our new house. The lighting is great for make-up application-- and even better it doesn't fog up like most mirrors do when a shower is on!

The title says it all. My bathroom looks more finished with it in there. UPDATE: Sadly this mirror does not stand the test of time. It has 2 spots of terrible foxing/silver/black bleed and it looks cheap and awful. It is hanging in our master bath and there is no reason it should have developed a problem aside from a faulty batch or just bad manufacture. I am pretty sure we are well past being able to get a replacement from the company so I am just going to have to live with it until we buy something else.
