This heat tumbler heat press does an excellent job and makes easy work of your projects. I have another name brand mug press but it is pretty much limited to mugs and costs way more. The HTVRont tumbler press is very easy to use with easy to understand instructions. I was using it within minutes of unboxing it. There is no guessing if you have your tumbler positioned right -the tumbler press wraps tightly around the tumbler and encompasses the entire circumference so all surface areas are heated evenly. I am very happy I bought this one!

Seems to work pretty well on tumblers. Have had issues on 11 oz mugs. Uneven pressure causes ghosting. I would not recommend using 15 oz mugs. I don’t believe it is built for use with the larger mug size. I tried and found the mug was very difficult to remove. I found the user manual fairly useless.

I bought this heat press thinking I’d just make a few custom mugs for friends. Big mistake. Now I am officially a Mug God. One press and suddenly my mugs look like they were forged by angels in a productivity workshop. The machine heats up absurdly fast and presses evenly like it knows exactly what I want before I do. I’ve made mugs with cats, memes, inside jokes, and one with my own face — all perfectly smooth, no bubbles, no mistakes. I feel unstoppable. Friends come over and gasp. My coffee now feels honored to be held in these vessels of perfection. I may have unintentionally started a small cult dedicated to my mug creations, and honestly, it’s going well. Five stars. Amazing press, HTVRONT is my go to! Not disappointed at all, very durable, came with a whole book of instructions, holds heat and the temperature control is easy to understand!

I've used mine a few times and I've never experienced any problems. It gets hot and all my cups have come out amazing.

Very misleading as this product is not suitable for UK 240 volts. US voltage is 110/120. They should not sell this product on the UK site and they should put a warning that its not suitable. I'm returning mine as it arrived today. What a shame, I was so looking forward to use it 😢
