Great little 12v supply which can be used for many things, I use it to power and LED strip abovemy 3D printer. This would be super double awesome if you could reverse the polarity.Anyway A+ from me

This power supply arrives with a removable extension with four plugs on for security cameras. I didn't use the extension, but instead wanted the power supply for some lights in a doll's house. It did the job very well and was much cheaper than almost identical devices available from doll's house equipment suppliers. The inline power switch is a nice extra and will be useful for my use case. The build quality and wiring are of good quality so it should stand the test of time. The device showed no signs of heating up during my testing. It does its job well.

12V 2A marked with relevant safety standards, coming with useful 4 way splitter to make this useful for a multi camera setup, where power issues have occurred using a DVR supply. Hopefully this would provide greater stability, but could also be used for other such devices that run off of 12V, like an external hard drive dock for PC backups. When tested with a multimeter, the indicated voltage was easily within an acceptable tolerance range, so hopefully should be fine under under some load. Can also confirm that this did have both an inline on/off switch and magnetic bead attached.

It as all the relevant marks on the casing for safety standards. It gives out slightly over the 12v. Connection wise, make sure whatever is connected alone or togther doesnt expect more than the 2amps. Used to power some LED lights for Xmas. Great buy and does the job well.

The switch is useful especially if the socket the power supply plugs into does not have its own switch. It is always best practice to turn off the power before connecting equipment up.This power supply outputs 12v DC and has a current rating of 2 Amps. The connectors are 5.5mm x 2.1mm.Also note that the centre pin is the positive output.If your equipment meets these specifications, then this power supply is a good choice.Remember that if you are planning to connect several pieces of equipment to this power supply, make sure that you will not exceed the 2 Amp or 24 watts maximum output limit. You may find that only one or two CCTV cameras can be connected, so check the power ratings carefully for each item.
