So Easy, So Tasty!
This couscous has become a pantry staple in my kitchen! We eat it weekly (even though my nephew thought it would be funny to stick it up his nose one time). It cooks up in just a few minutes and turns out perfect. I love how versatile it is — I’ve used it as a side dish, in salads, and even as a base for grain bowls. The flavor is neutral but slightly nutty, which makes it perfect for soaking up sauces or mixing with herbs and veggies. Great quality and great value. Highly recommend for quick, healthy meals!

Excellent quality
This pearl couscous is delicious if browned in butter and/or olive oil and cooked in a good strong broth.

Best quality, best price!
This couscous couldn't be easier. If you can make quick rice, you can cook this. Sometimes I prepare it with only a little salt because I am going to serve it with a flavorful main dish like Moroccan Pork Ragu served over the couscous. Sometimes I add herbs, spices and sliced scallions or garlic as a side dish. It can be added to soups and casseroles. This couscous is also great cold in a salad (rather than pasta) with Za'atar spice blend dressing and raw veggies. The more you use it, the more ideas you will have. It will become a pantry staple.

Cooks perfectly every time
Pantry staple. What I love about couscous is that it takes on whatever flavor you prefer. I’ve used it plain with salt and butter or zesty with lemon plus olive oil. Sometimes I use soy sauce especially if I pair it with salmon. It’s really your choice.

Nice enhanced tumeric flavor
I started using the regular pearl couscous and really enjoyed it. Most of my recipes requiring the use of couscous include the use of tumeric, so I tried this couscous and it gives an enhanced flavor which is very good. It’s hard to find in stores so happy to find it here.

Great stuff, why didn't I find out about this sooner?
I've seen "cous cous" on menus before but never ordered it. It looked boring or like a vegetable, perhaps. However, I was making a "we mail it, you cook it" type meal that came with a small portion of cous cous, and was pleasantly surprised by the result. I had added some chopped green onions, garlic and oil to cook it in, so not just plain cous cous, but it was like eating a (more) starchy version of those boba balls you can get with big straws and Thai Ice Tea or other drinks. These are very roughly the size of green peas, rather than the size of rice, as other cous cous varieties I've tried since have been. The bigger ones taste better to me, and are easy-peasy to make. Add about 50% more water than the amount of cous cous you want to make. Cook/stir for roughly 5 minutes, adding whatever seasoning you want (butter, oil, garlic, onions, cilantro, pepper, heck, all all of this stuff if you want), and there you go. I'd probably give it a 4.5 stars, since I try not to give perfect scores.

Healthy and tasty alternative to rice
We have been using this for the past few days and love it. It cooks quickly within a few minutes and is priced very reasonably. It is healthy and keeps you full for a while: great option for those who are looking to diet!
