I bought one and my wife used it a few times and then took it to her office, so I just bought another!I have scoliosis and go through periods of persistent pain and this heating pad works wonders to relieve it. This heat pad provides either or both heat and massage, each with three levels/modes. The wraparound and hands-free format is very comfortable and surprisingly lightweight. The freedom to move around without wires or having to hold the heat pad in place is important for me: I can do mobility work, walk around, and keep working while wearing it.You can wear it over cloths or underneath, as it is low-profile! See photos.The rechargeable 8000 mAh battery easily lasts me 3 hours after charging. It comes with both a charging cable (USB to USB-C) AND a USB extension cable, in case your USB port is far from the table. Once charged, I slip it into the pocket on the heating pad, plug the heating pad into it, make sure the battery is on and its ready to go. I cycle it off every 30 minutes then back on as the instructions say. A three second push is all it takes. It also has multiple USB ports and can be used to provide power to phone if needed.The heat does have three levels: 40-45 ℃, 45-55 ℃, and 55-60 ℃, which I confirmed by using it with a thermometer tucked in. Anyone who uses heating pads knows that after a while you can't feel the heat...and being able to turn it up when needed is great. My other floppy heating pad only goes to 55 ℃ and I have to come up with clever ways to keep it where I want it.The massage also has three levels of intensity. It works more like a massage chair and is not just vibration, but combines and alternates different massage patterns including vibration. The two massaging nobs generally sit on the muscles on either side of the spine and do a great job.The instruction booklet is clear and simple. See my video for an example of the operation!I have pulled the heating and massage to the front to deal with a stomach ache I had, and this also worked very well.All together, this is a great heating pad and is just what I wanted. Two thumbs UP!I would not say the massage aspect is ideal for knee, neck and shoulders, as the configuration is designed to wrap around the body and secure. But I've played with it and the heat and even massage can be applied to any body part as a pad instead of as a wrap.

Love having this for work! I sit on a forklift all day and it helps my lower back pain. The battery will last my entire 9hour shift if I use it on an off throughout the day.

Potentially endless heat. I drive professionally and suffer from lower back pain. I swapped out the 800 milliamp battery for a 50,000 ma battery and it lasts for days of continuous heat. Fantastic 😍

This should be a 5 star review, but the battery WILL NOT take a charge. It's brand new, but it will not charge past the 2nd, (of 4), indicator of the battery level. I have used 3 different cables, 2 different, (known working), charging blocks, and both of the charging inputs, over a 3 day period.The functionality of the device is exactly what I was looking for: it provides great heat and the massage is nice also.I'm writing this review in hopes that the manufacturer will reach out to me and I can swap out the battery for a good one. I tried to find support but ran into a dead-end. Also, the link for the Product Support on the product landing page does not even mention the battery and there is no way to actually reach out to anyone for support.I don't want to return the whole product because of a faulty battery, but I also don't want to have to buy another battery. If the manufacturer makes this right then I will be very happy, if they don't, then I guess my heating pad will go on the pile of returned heating pads because of the battery.

This Heating Pad Belt is very nice. Easy to use. Just remember that it is a VIBRATING Heat pad so there are two vibrating boxed in the pad that you feel when in a chair or laying on your back.The pouch holding the battery is not closable so if you need to wear it with the battery on the opposite side, the battery can slip out easily. Would recommend they put an optional snap strap across the battery. I needed this to wear at night and not get tangled up in cords, but the side I lay on is where the battery goes so I have to hold in the battery when I put this on upside down so the battery is on the top side when I sleep.Over the week I have had this it has heated fine and the battery can charge back up using any USB-C cable, just like a battery pack to charge phones. the connection in the belt is USB-A and the battery pack has that too so easy plug and go. Strap extender is nice to.Overall a good unit, but wish there was a 4.5 stars as I just need to hold that battery in to be a 5.0.

Purchased for my mother’s lower back pain and it has been helping quite a bit. The battery charge lasts longer than I would have suspected.

It fits with the extension, but the controls are in the rear. The heating pad has different massage patterns. If the controls were closer to the front I would rate the heating pad higher.

Half my back is fused and this heating pad with vibration does give summary relief. Also really nice to be able to walk around with it on.
