These weighted exercise bars are just what I needed to do gentle exercises to rehab my shoulders and back. I considered the larger set but am glad I chose this one to start with. The bars are plastic tubes with a foam coating on them. Inside are the long, thin weighted bars that determine how much each weighs. I can feel it moving slightly when I use it, but it still moves smoothly without any balance issues. Once I'm ready, I'll order the next size up.

Good weighted bars they should work well for exercise or physical therapy. Definitely have some weight and have to them that’s somewhat balanced delivered in a timely manner and was definitely as advertised by the seller would use them again.

I have not weighed them yet, but they seem to be of good quality and easily identifiable with colored end caps that have their wt stamped on them. They are padded for comfort. Only time will tell how they hold up.

These made a big difference in my rehab with shoulder injury.
