1 month supply isn't enough for good results
I was expecting immediate results but it didn't seem to make a big difference in my glucose levels that being said supplements like this can take longer to get the results one would hope for if your going to try this I recommend doing it 2-3 months

did not bother the stomach or anything else.
seems to have lowered blood sugar a little but only taking 1 per day though...
