Great tea
Love this tea. Have tried a few different brands but this one is the best in terms of flavour. Expensive but I guess you pay for what you get.

Helps melt those tangles away
I brought this approx 1mnth ago as I had watched video reviews on YT on how using it in diy hair mixtures or adding it to your favourite one gives extra slip, which if you have high porosity textured 4b/c hair that tangles easily you'll know how good it feels when you put a leave in or deep conditioning treatment in your hair and you can run your fingers through without a whole heap of tangles. Well this actually helps I boil 2-3 tbs to approx 1 cup of water depending on thickness of your hair for 15-20min until it gets frothy then let it cool strain the liquid and discard the marshmallow root. The liquid can be mixed into your leave in, deep conditioning treatment etc It is high in plant protein that promotes healthy hair growth and shine while also soothing dry scalp and skin inflammation. Its a 👍 from me!

Good, it does musolage
If u want it to thicken, boil 3-6 tbs in a pan for 10-15 minutes and let cool and strain and it is thick! People who say it doesn’t thicken and mucus it does but has to prepared a certain way I’ve found and use enough, it is pricey for the amount It makes but it does help A lot

Good as a detangler. Long shelf life.
I have very fine hair, and have been struggling to avoid knots since going no poo (I use ghassoul once a week and bicarbonate of sodium if I've sweated too much). This does the trick, although it doesn't give my hair volume like a conditioner would. It doesn't smell at all, which is another bonus for me: I sometimes add a drop of essential oils though.

Great taste
Better than the supermarket ‘herbal’ teas which I always find bitter.

Great for GERD/reflux
I got this for severe GERD to make tea. It is lovely, though I usually make the tea also using camomile and raw ginger. It really does help calm inflammatory digestive issues. Slippery elm helps too. I have also tried this to make a conditioning rinse for hair. I mix it with lavender seeds and dried rosemary, leave at least overnight but 24 hours if possible, use tea bags or strain liquid and use after shampoo and conditioner. Don't wash it out. Absolutely brilliant stuff.

No mucilage
Tastes like othe MR I've had but there is no mucilage effect at all. Its very chunky, not as fine as the tea Ive had before so suspect it is this and I'll have to break it down or boil it for a good while in hot water. I've had a few cups, left for over an hour in hot water and usually, with others, this produces the gloopy gunk that I use it for to treat reflux and IC. I bought from here as my usual supplier has no tea bags in stock so emailed the company directly to ask what I need to do extract the desired effect. Hoping they can help.
