I was really liking this as I thought it was actually helping my receding gums. Everything was looking healthier in my mouth and it tasted good, but I developed an "itchy rash" on my hands. I know this was the culprit because I found the ingredient "inulin" included in this probiotic is sourced from "chicory." It turns out that chicory is in the "ragweed family." I never thought I was allergic to anything, but several products used lately had chicory in it, and it doesn't agree with me. So, just make sure you aren't allergic to "chicory" before you buy this. I liked it, otherwise, and I thought the price was reasonable.

Yes..taste good and probably does the job but the addition of sucralose in the ingredients stopped me from using..I read that sucralose destroys or alters the gut biome..can't understand why they even add garbage sweeteners..
