Not used it yet, seems decent bit of kit as expected from Dewalt. Quality build! Next day delivery. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Happy with purchase.

Brilliant bit of kit , effortless to use

It takes a while to get used to it, but doesn't take too long to fall in love with it! I'm not a brand fan and I couldn't care less about what name it's written on my tools or what colour they are. Also, I dont belive that one brand nailed it with all the tools they offer. But this impact ticks all the boxes. Compact, light, a lot quieter compared to traditional impact drivers (I have the DCF 850 as well) and a really live light ring. Yes, it's not the most powerful but it's stupidly fast. Unless you're driving 120mm+ screws all day long, you'll have absolutely nothing to complain about. I do mainly second fix, a bit of joinery, etc. Most of the screws used vary between 35-80mm and it's an absolut joy to work with this tool. Don't be confused by the specs. Yes, it doesn't have the torque of an 850 or 860, but ad I said, unless you're driving really large screws, it's actually slightly faster. Edit after 30 days: Still true everything I said above, but why, Dewalt?!? Why using those crap triggers when you know you had issues in the past?!? Had it replaced by Amazon in the last of those 30 days. At least Amazon remains the best when it comes to replace items. The new one have been delivered next day AM with the option to return the faulty one after I received my replacement. Bottom line, I still love this impact, but if the trigger fails again, I might need to send it to Dewalt to have it replaced with a diffrent trigger model. It's really a shame, as things like this make me return to Bosch slowly..

Bought this for my son an electrician as his 850 needed to be repaired needed a quick replacement used every day he says what a brilliant up grade less noise still as powerful same size body as 850 great wee tool

This absolutely phenomenal tool. It’s got insane power to drive 6inch screws without pilot into timber with ease goes straight through masonry like a hot knife through butter . Must have for anyone Trade or DIY
