I'm very happy with this well built ladder. It's a bit heavier than those cheaper aluminum ones, but it feels sturdy and secure when I'm up at the top. The hooks and bottom brace are an added safety feature that keeps the ladder from slipping on smooth surfaces. The locking step feature is easy to use and my fingers won't ever get pinched between steps. I would highly recommend!

It does have a bit of a give but not too bad. I'm 66 female, about 225lbs. I was comfortable using this ladder. I put foam at top to lean it against camper. Was easier to get on top of camper than stretching over from an A frame ladder.

Product arrived on time and was very easy to use. Great quality!

The product is damaged, it’s heavier and bulkier than expected, hard to move around. No free returns, they want you to pay for the return to China.
