I bought 1 for myself last year, and loved it. So I bought 1 for my Brother and sister-in-law for Christmas and they Love it as well. 5 stars.

Pretty slow to load up and for some reason not all my photos will show up. You have to leave the usb stick plugged in in order to view the photos and videos. A nice option for someone who doesn’t have WiFi.

I wanted a simple no frills digital photo frame. This Kodak frame seemed perfect. However it has turned out to be a mistake. This Item is advertised as new. It was not. It was clearly an open box and return item. The seal was broken on the box. The power supply cord was just wound up and put back in the bag and the screen had finger prints all over it.. NOT HAPPY! If it’s sold as new it needs to be new not a return that’s resold. The worst part is after having it for a week it wants to keep shutting itself off for no reason at all. Now I know why it was returned. One more thing just in case this matters to anyone. This frame is advertised to use JPG/BMP and PNG picture formats, it doesn’t. It only uses JPG. It show it does in the ad. The box itself shows it on the back but the directions clearly show it only uses JPG format. I tried PNG but it won’t recognize it. You will have to convert your PNG or BMP pictures to JPG to use them. That’s not a deal breaker but it is false advertising straight from Kodak. If your going to claim it does something it should do it.

There is a learning curve at first but it's such a great frame. I wish they made it easier to upload instantly. Otherwise my mom loves this picture frame. It also has other functions such as the time.

My son gave me one a few years ago, I love it, I bought one for my grandson for christmas this year.

I have been using this for just over six months now and I love it. Im late to the game and this is actually the first digital picture frame that I have ever used. It was a really easy set up, the upload speed (really depends on your wifi) but it was quick and easy to do at our house. the picture quality is spot on and its so easy to share new photos! I love that I can add a calendar option or have the frame rotate through pics or just display one picture. Nice size, and good price!

I should have returned this when i realized that the manual was worthless: less than 3 pages of instructions in English, print so small you can barely read it, and there is no customer or technical support. If you try to get support from them, you get sent to a forum which consists of customers trying to help other customers. That is not customer or technical support. I even tried email but no response. there are other frames that are easier to use. Both of my daughters got those as a gift. I can’t even find out what what BGM is. The contact website or email is in gold and cannot be read unless you have a strong magnifying glass.
