After suffering nerve pain and inflammation to back of knee for some months and using anti inflammatory creams and.painkillers, I decided to give this a try based on reviews. Not sure if its a coincidence, but after using twice a day over a period of time, the nerve pain is almost gone. I still have wear and tear in my knee and its still stiff and uncomfortable, but the horrible throbbing nerve pain is gone after many many months.

Love this Roll-On Epsom Muscle Lotion. Bought bought the bottle lotion and this roll on one. See my review of the bottle one. ....This Roll On one u got to carry with me. Fits in my pocketbook easily No mess, no weight....Use it when needed. My Sciatica was aching up and the Epsom works great. Less ache and pain. So glad I got it too before it sells out.

I really liked this Epsom salt nerve and muscle lotion roll-on. It worked great for relieving muscle soreness and tension, and the roll-on design made it super easy to apply. I loved that it wasn’t messy at all—no greasy hands or residue left behind. It absorbed quickly and provided noticeable relief. I’ll definitely be keeping this on hand and would recommend it to anyone dealing with muscle or nerve discomfort.

Hard to tell if it was the product or because I was doing everything else right to curb the injury I had BUT I do think it helped at least alittle. The roller ball is great , application is smooth and as someone with very sensitive skin had not reaction. Did leave a white cast on the inside of my leggings but easily washed out
