Worked awesome. Cut easily through 1/4 thick aluminum plate and angles. Very durable having made at least 20 cuts short cuts and a few long cuts. Used on dewalt 20 volt saw. Clean cut better than my plasma cutter. Great value if you need to make one or many cuts on thick aluminum.

This blade was ideal, cut through plexiglass accurately. I wonder if they have another type to cut circle.

This blade (Diablo D1080N, 80T TCG) cuts beyond what I expected. 0.093 ABS sheet - perfect and no melting, splintery plywood crosscut - perfect, melamine - perfect. I have cut these same materials with several different Hi-ATB blades including a freshly sharpened Forrest combo with pretty good results, but the D1080N brings it to a new level. I cut some 1/16 aluminum too (excellent cut), although this was not the primary reason for buying this blade - the ABS and melamine were. Well worth it.

Diablo blades are the best. They last a long time . I do a lot of recycling and these blades cut through Aluminum like a knife going through butter.

Diablo really doesn't need a good review. It is in the, very few, top quality table saw blades. It is very accurate, cuts a sanding free, very smooth edge. I have always thrown away the blades that come with any tool and replace it with a Diablo blade. Top quality.

I was looking for a thin-kerf aluminum-cutting blade for my Inca table saw (with a 20mm arbor). This small-diameter saw blade cuts a thin kerf (1/16", I believe), fits the 20mm arbor perfectly, and the reduced diameter means that the surface speed is low enough to that blade life is not compromised (with my 10" aluminum-cutting blade, I need to change the drive pulleys to reduce speed, which is a pain for one or two cuts). Now I can cut T-tracks quickly and easily, with the precision of a table saw.

Diablo are great blades ,Cut a lot of aluminum extrusion with this blade but you have to be careful about cutting bar stock ,found out the blade will fail if you aren't gentle with your cut on solid material.

Diablo blades are the best for value. Use them for wood and these aluminum rated blades cut like demons. Pardon the pun.

If you're going to do the job, do it right. This blade makes a beautifully smooth cut. ...and use the right tools so you won't get hurt. This is that tool.

Corte como mantequilla

Muy eficiente, duradera y sin duda un corte preciso, la coloque en una sierra dewalt y sin duda una maravilla para cortar perfiles de aluminio, la rebaba de los cortes prácticamente es polvillo, muy buen disco para cortar aluminio, y el precio considerablemente mejor que en home depot, sin duda muy buen disco, y la marca es de excelente calidad, he comprado discos más chicos para cortar madera de la misma marca y también, excelente desempeño en sierras manuales
