Pure nostalgia in the roll-on attar
I have been an attar collector having a collection of Indian, Arabic, Modern French, Turkish attar in my collection. This one is out of the league. The moment I opened this attar and applied it, I was instantly taken back in time. The fragrance is very close to the original Mysore Sandal Soap we’ve been using for Diwali Snanam for decades. It’s not a vague sandalwood imitation — it genuinely captures that soft, comforting, slightly sweet and woody aroma that feels deeply familiar. The scent is strong and well-defined, not subtle or faint. It settles nicely after application and lingers for a few hours, which I really appreciate. Every time I use it, it brings a sense of calm and nostalgia that’s hard to put into words. If you’ve grown up with Mysore Sandal Soap and are looking for that same classic fragrance in an attar form, this is absolutely worth trying. Very happy with the purchase.

Amazing Maysou Sandal Attar!
I recently purchased the Maysou Sandal Attar from Indra Sugandh Bhandar on Amazon, and I'm absolutely delighted with it! I've tried many sandalwood attars over the years, but this one truly stands out. The scent is incredibly rich, authentic, and long-lasting. It has that classic, deep sandalwood aroma that's both soothing and uplifting. While they claim it lasts 24 hours, I've found it lingers on clothes for more than 36 hours, which is fantastic! If you're looking for a high-quality sandalwood attar with exceptional staying power, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It's definitely the best I've ever used!

Soapy smell, not sandalwood.
Bought it thinking it was Mysore Sandalwood. It's just soap smell and too irritant on the skin. Would not advise this to anyone who wants Sandalwood.
