This product being sold in a ghost hunting equipment kit is 100% lying and misinformation. Nobody wants just a radio. It needs to scan consistently and have the scan rate be adjustable. Both are features i have seen on even cheaper radios, so it's ridiculous that this one can't do it. Also, it doesn't even turn off. You have to remove the batteries to turn it off... Do not buy any kit from this seller that includes a "spirit box"!

The ghost hunting box is just a radio. It doesn't scan very well. The digital recorder works great it picks up sounds across the room. The EMF reader works well however it picks up your cell phone if you get them close to each other.

I’m not sure about all this ghost hunting. Bought this for my wife’s birthday before we stayed at the Crescent in Arkansas. We had so much fun using this stuff!

THE RADIO IS NOT A SPIRIT BOX!!!! The other 2 products are decent for the price, but just know that the radio does not scan automatically, and will NOT work as intended.

The spirit box does not work as a spirit box. It is just a handheld radio. The other equipment works as it is advertised and works perfectly for what it was needed for.

The "spirit" box is scam, it does not automatically scan all frequencies. Impossible to use with the estes method. Its just an ugly, cheap am/fm radio. Buy from a company that doesn't lie about their products.
