extremely easy to use and light way
I purchased this steamer about a month ago and I use it about 3 times a week. I am really impressed with it! I bought it as a replacement for an iron and I have never reached for my iron again! Not only is this more effective but it’s way quicker than ironing. I am obsessed with it and find any reason to use it! It’s small and sleek, extremely easy to use and light way. It heats up super fast too! The bonus is, you can take it with you when traveling because it’s so small and lightweight. The water it holds is enough for about one garment, maybe two if the items aren’t too wrinkled but like I said it heats up so quickly that if you needed to do another 2 garments you can do so within a mintute. Can’t wait to purchase a few more to gift my mom and brother.

Versatile and Effective Little Beast!
First things first, I travel a good amount for work. Most of the time for out of country trips to tropical climates so the clothes I bring are light fabrics that wrinkle easily and I absolutely loathe irons/ironing boards... so you now understand my struggle. I was already familiar with steamers as I had a large one a few years back that I loved but it was cumbersome so I gave it to my roommate. Now it's 2 years later and I found myself in need of an ironing solution for both home and travel. As usual I started my search on amazon and looked at a few different models before settling on this one, despite the negative reviews which to be honest did make me nervous and here is my experience: This little steamer is fantastic and takes up about as much space in my suitcase as a pair of shoes! Yes, there are even smaller "more" portable steamers on the market but to me the idea of having to refill the water and wait for it to heat up again for one piece of clothing was not worth the little bit more of suitcase space I could've saved. It heats up within a minute and I can steam a full maxi dress in one fill with this little beast! You do have to get this steamer pretty close to the fabric (for most effective/quick steaming I rub the steamer nozzle directly on the fabric just as you would a normal iron - except vertical of course) as with the full sized steamers the nozzle can be held an inch or two away from the item. Mine does spit water occasionally but it is VERY minimal (1-3 drops per use) and it's normally completely dry and not noticeable by the time I walk out the door/get to where I'm going. Every once in a while it goes through a short period of time while its running that the steam almost comes to a stop for roughly 20-30 seconds (I've come to realize this is not a product flaw but rather the steamer regulating its temperature so it doesn't overheat and break). This shouldn't effect you very much if the nozzle is directly on the clothes as it is still extremely hot so I use this 'cool down' period for tinier wrinkle spots and the edges as I've almost burnt my fingers a few times while trying to de-wrinkle hems while the steamer was going full blast. I also like how long the cord is, which to be honest I originally thought would be a nuisance but I just wrap the cord around the neck of the steamer and it adds barely any bulk to its packing size. In addition to light fabrics I have also used this to steam a 8 foot long tablecloth that I bring along for work. To be fair I only did the front side of the table cloth and it worked wonderfully even over the logo part but it did take me 2 refills so this steamer may not be ideal if you need a steamer for really large items, but that's pretty obvious already by its size. I personally will continue to use this steamer for the giant table cloth since the pros outweigh the cons for my situation. I've had this steamer for less than a month and it's already been used over a dozen times, made it through international travel and shows no signs of slowing down! For the price, you can't beat this deal :)

Impressive Small Product
Used this product for the first time for some thick event pillow case like banners and I was very impressed by this portable steamer. It's small, compact, light, easy to pack for traveling and does the job right. It heats up quick for steam and removes the wrinkles fairly quickly when you put the nozzle close to the fabric. I was really originally looking for a wireless steamer that I can maybe charge and use (not sure if this exists yet), so not seeing the cord on the images kind of threw me off. But the item does have a short easy to wrap cord. Highly recommend this product on the go/travel or for events if you need to steam out some table clothes or banners.

It will heat up and shut off in about 3 minutes.
I have bought this steamer twice because I like the size. I am giving it one star because after you use it a couple times, it stops working. It will heat up and put out steam for about 3 to 4 minutes and then it shuts off. I took me 6 hours to steam a dress with it because it shut off after using it only a few minutes. I thought the first one was doing it because I had it for awhile even though I didn't use it that often. The 2nd one works even worse than the first one. I would not recommend this steamer because of the way it works..

It works but...
Yes, it works and gets the wrinkles out. But things I didnt like: 1. Instructions showed installation first of putting top on and then went to product use or pouring water in first so I had to undo what I just did in the installation part. I guess I could have read them all first, but I was doing one step at a time. 2. It's hard to see the max water line even with the water window on the sides. Maybe it's because the whole thing is black inside and out and the window is a little tinted (or maybe it's not tinted...IDK because I cant even see the darn thing) 3. Once you get it set up and ready for use, it heated up fast but sounds like a pot of boilong water the whole time. I didnt get any spills or leaking with the exception of a few water drips on the first shirt that dried quickly, but it just sounds scary when using it like any minute it's going to expell scolding hot water on you. 4. Filling to the max water level got me through front and back of 2 mens xxl shirts and 1 and half pairs of mens pants before having to refill. That was not too bad, but refilling in the middle of steaming was harder than my previous steamer (RIP my favorite steamer). My previous steamer cooled down really fast and I could refill right away and keep going. Well, guess what? This steamer has to cool down before you can refill because that darn top piece has to be removed to refill the water and it was still piping hot. I ended up using a dish town to remove the top so I could refill and keep going. And there you have my experience with this little steamer. I will keep it, but I dont feel comfortable letting my 13 year old use it like I was with my last one because of that scary boiling sound. My last one looked like an iron and didnt make that sound, water was put in through the back side away from the steamer and the steamer part cooled down in a matter of seconds.

I tried it at home in the UAE. Besides some steam a lot of hot water drops splashed out. Dangerous to say at the least. I did however bring it on my travel for which I initially bought the steamer. Then when it was time to use it it didn't work. nothing happened, no matter how long I waited. Maybe I was in bad luck but I can't recommend this product.

I LOVE IT!!!! My only problem is that it's small so if you are planning to use this product to a lot of clothes then you will be disappointed. I can only use this to 2-3 shirts but I'm NOT complaining because I knew from the start that it is small. I purchased this product because I'll be using this more often when I'm travelling.
