This was a lifesaver for my son when he broke his pinky. It was stable and a good price. This helped my son’s toe heel faster. Fits great in the shoes and didn’t bother him one bit.

This shoe insert was easy to slip into place, comes with a cushion to make it comfortable and prevents my foot from flexing as I walk so my break will heal more quickly. It arrived in 3 days and replaced the post op shoe, which was a waste of money, that I bought from a medical supply store.

I like these a lot and they work amazing with the shoes I use them in. The only issue i have is that they do fatigue my feet when walking. That said they're easy to slip off and I really only use them when mountain biking. For that purpose they're awesome. They give my shoes a nice stuff bottom that the shoes lack on their own. They also help make the not so grippy rubber of the shoe lay flatter on my bike pedals so I get max grip. For the reason I bought them they are awesome! For walking, these are a bit of a pain. 4 stars for me, but you might like or need the stiffer sole.

I'm very pleased with these insoles since they come with the hard carbon ones for my Hallux Rigidus and a second softer set that are cushioned which makes wearing the one that keeps my toe immobile comfortable. When my foot orthopedist saw mine, he wanted to know the details so he can recommend them to his other patients!! It's great to find foot pain relief without having to pay $450 out of pocket for a custom orthotic. As long as I wear these, I can stay away from foot surgery which is what I want!!

They’re stiff, and reasonably cheap. The problem is that they’re completely flat and take up too much space in the shoe. I found it when I added back in my insole, there was not enough room for my foot in the shoe and a compromise my arch support.

I recently purchased a pair of hiking boots that I've used for years, but for some reason the manufacturer has replaced the shank with a softer more flexible material on newer versions of the boot. This makes the boot far too soft, feeling rock bruises through the sole and not providing enough structure for strong climbing or stable footing. I added these rigid inserts and the boots are now awesome. I don't know how long these inserts will last before shattering (if they do) but right now they are fantastic and I will buy more. (the included soft inserts were appreciated but use in a different pair of shoes, not with the carbon insole)

They do what they are supposed to do - make your shoe stiff to help mitigate bending. Not comfortable but not supposed to be. You can use the insert they provide or your own. You MAY want to order a slightly smaller size to ensure fit into your shoes. I have 2 pair and happy with them.

Nach einem Mittelfußbruch zur Stabilisierung der Sohle gekauft. Hat sehr gut funktioniert! Die Gelsohle nutze ich weiterhin in normalen Sneakern. Sehr bequem.

Super fast delivery. I got a size 9 as it’s my shoe size but if your shoe is tight I’d recommend sizing down as the plate is solid and thankfully my shoe had some give to get it in. I have put my own insert on top. Yet to try as I am still in a moonboot.
