They were a lot smaller than I thought they would be but they served their purpose

Jury is still out on just how much these help me. I have COPD and I use them while I golf. I carry one in my back pocket and use it if needed while on the green or away from the cart where my portable O2 machine is. I can't say for sure it helps, but I don't think it hurts.
