Best PC you can get with easy expandability
This is the closest Windows version of a Mac Mini M4 that is fully decked! The setup and updates went smoothly and while going through that process and even playing graphics intensive games. It is extremely quiet and everything looks just as high quality as a Mac mini. There's a video of how they put these together in YouTube and it's amazing the amount of work it goes into them. I got the 64GB version with 2TB (it includes two 1TB SSD cards) and Intel Ultra 9 185H CPU. The fingerprint reader works great each time you log on without entering a password. I paired this with the Beelink XP docking station and an MSI 5060Ti 16GB video card for a great combination to handle all graphics intensive applications and being able to play AAA games in 4K. It's just as powerful (if not slightly better) than my year-old full desktop PC with a 4070 card and i9 processor. It has a small footprint on the desk and provides all the performance and speed one can ask for. Beelink support is also great and they respond to questions within 24 hours as well as providing all the latest BIOS and driver updates on their website. I would highly recommend this mini PC with the EX docking station.

Little workhorse!
I recently revamped my home workstation, but having 2 monitors connected to a laptop that's nearly 5 years old was proving to be a somewhat inefficient setup, so I started shopping around for mini PCs. I initially had a different model from Beelink in my cart and happened to see this one in the recommended products right at the last minute; the specs were too good to pass up and I went ahead and spent the extra money. Setup was simple and fast. I like that it came with Windows 11 by default but that it was kind of a bare-bones installation without a lot of extra Microsoft bloatware. I've got one of my monitors connected via the HDMI port and the other connected via a HDMI/USB-C DisplayLink adapter; at first, the PC wasn't recognizing this monitor for some reason, but after restarting it to allow some other settings to take effect, the DisplayLink works just fine. I'm glad to have 4 USB ports as well. In terms of performance, everything is very fast and smooth; apps launch quickly and run well thanks to those 32 GB of RAM. I use my home workstation for working from home part time, which includes a remote connection to my office computer and a variety of Zoom/Teams calls and meetings, and this PC handles all of that well. I did have a little bit of an issue getting the new version of Teams installed, but that was more of a Windows 11 problem than a problem with this actual PC. One of the other reasons I opted for this model with more processing power and RAM is because I also do a fair bit of graphic design and am often handling large Photoshop files that my laptop sometimes struggled with, and so far they've all been a piece of cake for this little guy. I can't really speak to its performance with games (I'm a console gal), but I haven't had any issues with ordinary video streaming. It's also a very quiet little machine; I do have it mounted under my standing desk so that might kind of muffle any noise it's making, but I rarely even notice it making noise at all. Very pleased so far.

Quite startup and amazingly small
This replaces a massive hand built media computer I had for 20 years. This small box runs better andhas a quite start up. Very please with performance. The fan will rev up at times but I have it behind my TV and its not too loud and doesn't run on high very long. Overall very pleased.

Awesome little computer for daily driving
I finally got around to setting this up a few months after purchasing it, and I am super impressed. It was easy to set up - basically plug and play - and it's been very fast and responsive with web browsing and installing simple PDF and remote desktop software. It boots and shuts down very quickly. My first gripe (minus 0.5 stars) is that it doesn't have multifunction USB-C input (not sure what the technical term for this is), but basically, I have a USB-C hub that has my monitors and all my USB inputs plugged into it. It has a single USB-C output cable that connects to my work laptop. This mini computer has a USB-C input on the front, but it doesn't seem to accept display or WIFI signals from that port, so I have to disconnect my USB hub and HDMI cables from my hub and plug them into this every time I want to switch over. I suspect the multi-input USB-C is a more high-end or expensive feature (?) and that's maybe why it isn't included on this very reasonably priced PC. I don't believe this computer is advertised as having this feature anywhere, so this isn't a bait and switch or anything like that, just something I didn't think to look for as a feature. My second gripe (minus 0.5 stars) is that there's something weird about the user account or admin level on the PC. It seems to recognize me as an admin, but I kept getting error 2503/2502 when installing software with a MSI file, which searching indicates is an issue with the permissions, possibly on the temp folder. I did a bunch of the troubleshooting steps I saw on YouTube and Reddit and various AI responses, but none of them fixed the error, except for "Run cmd as admin. CD into where the installer is saved and run it" from Reddit. To type that out more thoroughly for anyone else who may be having the same issues, search for Command Prompt in your search bar. When "Command Prompt" shows up, right click on it and select "Run as Administrator." CD is the command you type into the command prompt to Change Directory, i.e., change the folder the program is looking at. Your downloaded software file is probably in your downloads folder, which is likely on your C drive. Assuming that, type into the command prompt window, without quotes, "CD C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Downloads", then hit enter. It should create a new line with the folder path you just entered, indicating that the command prompt is now looking at that folder for whatever you tell it to do next. Now copy the name and file extension of the install file, like "bestpdfeditor.msi", paste it into the command prompt (no quotes), and hit enter again. That should run the MSI and hopefully install the software without the 2503 error. Maybe it isn't fair to take off a star because of something I didn't research appropriately and something that could still very well be user error, but it is what it is. Overall though, I would absolutely buy this again, and it's genuinely wild that we can get this much technology packed into such a small box for such a reasonable price. I'm not sure this could run complex software or intense games, but if you need something to manage documents and browse the web, this is perfect.

So far this little system has worked very well, both daily use and fairly heavy graphics work. Have added additional SSD and USB hub (wish it had more ports built in). It's very quiet, small footprint and an extremely quick startup. WIFI and Bluetooth all work well with a range better than expected. So far an excellent all round computer. I have now had this computer for 2 years and it performs as it did the first day. Fast and very reliable, no issues at all. A quality product I reccomend. UPDATE: System died just after the 2 year mark, will no longer power up. Beelink support responded quickly with several suggestions, but unfortunatly nothing worked. It appears to be the same issue of randomly turning off so many other Beelink systems have had. I really like the system and it worked well, but did not last.

I just received this mini PC on Friday, March 25th and it was an amazing system for the first few hours: Very quick to boot-up and update, loaded with Windows 11 Pro, small formfactor, etc. One thing I did notice, my system does not have a TF card slot on the side (why is it shown on the Amazon product page???). Unfortunately, a few short hours after finally setting the system up and loading it with my applications, the mini PC died on me. I can no longer turn ON the mini PC, despite trying various different things. Now the power LED simply blinks once when pressed and nothing happens. I've removed all peripherals from the system, disconnected/reconnected the power supply and measured the power supply output voltage with a multi-meter: The problems seems to be a hardware failure with the mini PC. I've contacted BeeLink for support ([email protected]) on Friday, but I have not recieved any response, despite the claim on the Amazon product page saying "We offer 1 year free warranty, and 7 Days/ 24 hours serving." I will give them until Monday to get a response, but after that I will have no other option but send the mini PC will be back to Amazon for a refund. Too bad, the product looks great and would be an almost perfect fit for my needs (missing TF card slot), but its quality is just too poor.
