Plumbed in and working nicely. its easy to use and has lots of variety with the different wash cycles. Its quiet and gets the job done. Ps I've noticed a few reviews saying its loud and the drum broke, so I just wanted to say to be sure to unscrew the 4 screws at the back and take out the rubber and plastic bits. It holds the drum in place during transit, but needs to be removed for the drum to work properly when washing clothes. just thought it could save some people money and having to go without a washing machine for longer.

Excellent product, works really well. I appreciate the large 10kg capacity, and the different wash options. It’s very quiet, yet the 1400 spin leaves clothes almost dry. Delivery from Amazon was also excellent.

Excellent washing machine, easy to use with straightforward programming. I did find that I needed to put it on an extra spin cycle after a heavy load, but I did with my old hotpoint machine, too. Very quiet machine even on a fast spin, looks great, minimalist design and energy saving, what's not to love? I definitely recommend this machine

Good washing machine. Just be careful with how much you put in, I’ve had 2 blankets in and a warning keeps coming up saying ‘E4’ which is the water drainage. To me 2 blankets isn’t a lot but the machine struggles to drain the water.

So, my old machine died! And the fun began, to try and find something worth the money! And let me tell you! It is worth it! It was easy-ish to install (I did it myself and I only struggled with the weight of it and moving it around). Several programmes, I have tested a few of them but I'm a massive fan of the smart wash program! Capacity is amazing (1 person, 2 loads a week)! the panel is super easy to set up, quite intuitive for me at least! The clothes come out pretty much free of water which makes the whole drying process much easier.as to noise. I'm gobsmacked, it is very very quiet! Definitely a must have! Plus the price was really good!!!

Well this was our second attempt at getting a washing machine, The previous one didn't seem to spin any water out of the wash. Anyway the biggest selling point for us was the noise level of this machine. A mere 61 Db (when purchased, as advertised) an Acoustic rating of A!!!!! SO that along with the size of the drum and various other features had us sold on it. So after many hours of looking for a new washing machine we bought this one. It arrived within a few days of purchasing which was great as the washing was piling up... the delivery drivers took away the rubbish and put the machine in the kitchen for me, so that was also great. Installing it was a breeze.. but after that was unfortunately where it all went downhill. We did our 1st tentative wash, easy to setup so that was good too. But when it came to the noise level dear god it was certainly NOT 61Ddb. So there we were watching a movie in our open plan living space, and the washing machine was getting progressively louder, and louder. So much so that if you were in the kitchen at the time you practically had to shout to conversate with each other. In the end the movie was paused, and we removed ourselves to another part of the house for the rest of entire cycle, The spin being the loudest part 10 -15 minutes of just noise. So after that total waste of time, and the end of the wash I removed the machine from its location to see if maybe I had left the travel bolts in, (I hadn't) and then I decided to look in the small bag that comes with your tiny instruction manual and found that there were two rating stickers.. showing the actual Db level at 79Db (by the way anything over 80 for long periods can damage hearing, so sayeth google) So after a quick call to Amazon, the machine was collected the next day and we were back to no machine. If you have a room away from the house, or don't have an open plan house, then sure it does what it says on the tin, easy to use, easy to setup, but sure as eggs is eggs is isn't 61DDb.. maybe when its filling with water. But it is sold as being 61Db. Which it isn't

Really good washing machine. Has lots of programs but is easy to use. Has a 90 degree wash which is handy for towels and not all machines have that. Had it installed on delivery and they also deinstalled and took away my old machine. This was a great service and definitely worth paying extra for.

Nice and easy to use washing machine I would recommend 10 out of 10 stars
