interestingly has a bitter, sour, and salty taste. bitter and sour flavor are supposed to benefit the liver and gallbladder, so I wonder if that may be part of the reason this is supposed to help metabolism and digestion..i'm taking other forms of B1 as well hoping to heal nervous system and digestive function...still too early to tell if it helps

First time taking it and I instantly felt hot, got really itchy on arms and torso, and turned red and blotchy on chest and face. I made myself throw up and I'm starting to feel better. I'm scared to try it again.
