Great bit of kit, used daily
Very nice product, used everyday and really comfortable. Range is good, I can easily go from our office to the warehouse and hold a call with someone. Only reason for dropping a star is, whilst the ear piece is very comfortable, it does get quite hot to wear so I do end up taking it off between calls. It is nice that if the phone rings and you take the handset off the stand to no out it back on that it auto answers the call.

It works great. I use it for work, on a Cigna business phone using the adapter, and walking behind shelves of car parts, across the store, etc, I have yet to lose signal. I have noticed that when 2 customers call, their connection sounds pixelated, broken up. I immediately pick up the handset and their call is immediately clear. I have the base setting next to the phone, which is next to the computer monitor. I am going to use an extention on the adapter to move it away from the monitor, hoping it may be an interference issue. I will update if there is a change.

Works great.. only thing that would be better is if the answer and hang up button was a little more pronounced on the ear piece. The inner ear pieces are not comfortable at all, fortunately it has a over the ear set up as well which works well. Sounds good though and works well.

This is an excellent all around headset. Sound quality for both the speaker and mic are impressive. I am yet to have the battery go out on me even with all day meetings and gaming in the evening. Connection issues are quite rare, and I can indeed roam pretty much my entire house without worry that it will drop. I should say that it might not fit users with smaller heads, as I have it on the smallest it can go and it just barely works for me, and I did have to repair the earmuff as it started coming undone. Overall though, I would happily recommend this headset.
