Overall works well. Unfortunately some slight marks / scratches to front of makers. Noisy in shared house🤠

Seller not recognised by Smeg so unable to get warrantee. Machine broke within first few uses. Have been unable to get any money back. Would not recommend.

On arrival of the coffee machine it had a scratch on the front and was missing 1 filter basket. The seller wasn’t interested in helping. The machine it’s self is great.

Bought this to replace my eight year old one which has been brilliant. This one is good but, I have to say, not quite as good as the original. I would still recommend it. It makes a good espresso and the milk frother is effective but very much noisier than the old one. Also after making two espressos the machine overheats and has to be cooled. This seems to be part of the design because the instructions explain how to cool it. The overall design is good still and it compliments the kitchen so all round I’m pleased with it.
