Battery life and fake policy
I recently purchased these earbuds, hoping for a reliable audio experience, but they turned out to be the worst earbuds I’ve ever used. While the sound quality is decent, the battery performance is abysmal. Just five days after purchase, the earbuds began draining completely within 10 minutes, even after a full charge. This makes them practically unusable. To make matters worse, the return policy is incredibly restrictive. With only a 10-day window for returns, I was unable to return the product after discovering the issue. This lack of flexibility in the return policy feels unfair and customer-unfriendly. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the purchase experience. I’d strongly advise others to avoid these earbuds and consider alternatives with better reliability and customer support.

HP H150 Good side and bad side
Think before buying: Bad Side: 1.No Dual pairing, Now a days 2 mobile or 1 mobile 1 laptop is common. It can't connect both. Only one at a time. 2. Earphone battery is drain very first. Stays 3 to 3.5 hrs max. 3. Not connect automatically to laptop or Phone when you pair separately and both are on. 4. When you want to quickly want to open and use, you can not. because to position to pulling out with two finger is very tuff because is insuted in opposite direction and head is open very small. Good side: 1. Sound quality is very good. 2. ANC working very good, R side tape 3 time, again 3 time transparent mode on. 3. ENC working very good. 4. Low price. 5. High quality materials 6. Bass is excellent 7. L side 4 time tqp music mode, again 4 tap game mode. This feature is not disclose in manual. but work very good. 8.Premium quality acording to sound and feature

Complete waste of money.
Product Failed: The earbuds functioned as expected for approximately one month before one of the buds ceased to work. Customer Support: Attempts to contact HP for support were unsuccessful. Their support channels do not seem to cover this specific accessory, and I could find no dedicated service option. Warranty: There is no clear or available process to claim the warranty for these earbuds. The seller directs you to HP, and HP provides no pathway for a warranty claim. Effectively, the product has no functional warranty. Conclusion: Do not recommend. The product is unreliable, and the manufacturer provides no support or warranty fulfillment.
