It’s great but the could use a different material for the straps. Overall 4.5. It doesn’t crack or harden when in cold weather. It has very functional pockets. It looks great for the price

My daughter's high school went to clear backpacks this year. We bought one locally and she hated it. This backpack served as its replacement.I must say that this bag is sturdier, carries more, has larger/wider straps and its weight distribution is much much better.She carries it everyday without complaint, considers it stylish and quite comfortable on her shoulder(s). A huge win in my book.
