Great product really helped

Been using these a few months now and they seem to helping pms symptoms. Taste nice too.

These gummies taste really nice, I tried them for a month and didn’t really notice much difference around my time of the month. Think I might focus on getting a multivitamin with other extras.

I was hoping these PMS Gummies would help with symptoms, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice much of an effect. The taste is okay, and I like that they are vegan and include probiotics and Vitamin B6, but they didn’t seem to make a real difference in easing PMS symptoms. For the price, I expected better results. They might work for some, but for me, they felt like a waste of money. Wouldn’t repurchase.

They were ok very sweet but easy to eat.

Before,I started using these vitamins. I use to suffer with uncomfortable cramps, bloating and frequent urination, a week or a few days before my period started. I ended up having to take paracetamol or ibuprofen to try and get rid of the pain. Since I've been taking these gummy vitamins everyday, I've felt no pain or discomfort. 👍

If I could I would give - 1 Do not buy! Can't return or got any refund. Horrible headaches, feeling dizzy and sick after few days. Waste of money. Avoid

Ich nehme statt wie empfohlen 2 nur 1 gummibärchen und es reicht für mich aus um ausgeglichener zu sein und während der periode tatsächlich schmerzfrei! Ich bereue nur dieses Präparat nicht schon eher verwendet zu haben
