Very good and worth it
These are good for Ibs , if anyone has these they help can help you have control and feel a lot better. They have 45 in one box which will be for one and a half months. Well worth getting.

These chews are pleasant tasting and very effective. I have to take many pain medications and a side effect is constipation these little cubes are a wonder.
