I've tried other heating pads before so I was a little skeptical in trying this. So, wanted to write a review only after using it for a week. Firstly, it's easy to operate. I like the strap which is really helpful in holding the Pad in place rather than using your hand(s) to hold it. I asked my wife to try it as well and let me know her thoughts. The heat was more than sufficient to relieve any pain or discomfort. There are 6 levels of heat for preference. I liked the auto shut off too which is time operated since the old heating pad I used didn't have it and I had to check the clock. Quality wise it felt premium and the size is perfect when aligned on shoulder and neck. I would recommend!!

Because this was recommended by Bob & Brad I thought the product would be of good quality. I bought this heating pad in late November of 2024. Within a month the digital readout broke and it was hard to make out the numbers. Fortunately, I knew that if I clicked the button once, it would be setting #1 and twice for level #2 and so on. Over the past several weeks I noticed that it wouldn't heat up to the higher settings and was only lukewarm at best. Today, just six months out, a horrible odor came from the pad and I had to unplug it fearing it was about to catch fire. It smelled like burning rubber. It was on for just five minutes and I hadn't used it in 24 hours. I have used this heating pad nearly every day for 30 minutes or so each day, usually on a lower setting, so it hasn't been overused. Poor quality aside, I also found this heating pad to be cumbersome and the electrical cord too stiff. You might find, as I did, that the weighted aspect of the heating pad to be too heavy if you have chronic pain and or fibromyalgia, making it difficult to adjust and maneuver. It is soft, though, so that is a positive. Overall, the quality is quite poor and could be a fire hazard. I wish I could get a refund. _______________________________________________________________________________ UPDATED 6/3/25 I contacted customer service via the BOB & BRAD website and received an immediate and very kind and friendly response. I was issued a replacement heating pad within two days, not aware there was a 2 year warranty with the product. I was reluctant to try a replacement but ultimately felt it was the fair thing to do as I respect the BOB & BRAD brand. I know they would want customers to have a good experience with one of their products. Top notch customer service! I'll update if the replacement pad breaks down.

This device is very comforting. Every evening while watching television I use this heating pad to soothe my aches and pains. I have bought four of these, three of them for other family members and the last one for myself. The customer service, if required, is speedy and highly responsive. Definitely five stars all around!

Purchased pad in December. Loved this heating pad and used it regularly, it stopped working in May. I contacted customer at Bob and Brads and they sent me a new one. Such great customer service.

This weighted heating pad helps soothe the pain during the long term recovery from some accidental injuries. Relieving pain at bed time has helped resolve some sleepless nights. I put a blanket over top of the heating pad and find that the lowest setting provides just the right amount of heat for me. The evenly distributed weight helps the pad conform to the shape of my body and holds it close to me. I feel that this pad represents a good value when compared with the features of other heating pads. Sometimes the pad is accidentally flipped over when I'm moving about. Make sure that light colored side is facing you or you will not receive the benefits of the device. I have found their many Youtube videos to be helpful to me when I needed advice on relevant topics. My positive experience with their videos made purchasing their products an easy choice for me. I own several other Bob and Brad products and trust their brand.

Sadly it lasted less than a year with moderate use. Smelled something weird when I last used it and then it just didn't turn on again, realized it had died and that the burning smell was the pad. Glad it didn't catch fire. I never sat or laid on it as instructed but it really didn't last very long.

I liked the very soft comfortable top of the cover Digital easy to use, like long cord and different timing settingsiked choice of heat settings But every one was TOO HOT and was burning feeling and no 2 setting only one can use and not hot enough!!
