AATU 85/15 Complete Dry Cat Food, Duck 1kg - A Nutritious and Delicious Choice for Cats
I recently switched to AATU 85/15 Complete Dry Cat Food with duck for my cat, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This high-protein, grain-free formula has quickly become a favourite in our household. The quality of the ingredients is impressive, and I love knowing that it’s made without any artificial additives or fillers. The 85% meat content (with duck being the main ingredient) ensures that my cat is getting the protein they need for muscle development and overall health. My cat’s coat has become noticeably shinier, and they seem more energetic and satisfied after meals. The grain-free recipe is perfect for cats with sensitive stomachs or those prone to food allergies, and I’ve seen no digestive issues since starting the food. The kibble is the perfect size for my cat to chew comfortably, and the scent is much more appealing than other dry foods I’ve tried. It’s clear that the food is made with high-quality ingredients, and the duck flavour is something my cat absolutely loves! At 1kg, the bag is a good size, and the food lasts quite a while, making it a great value for the quality. I also appreciate that AATU doesn’t use any artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours, making it a clean, wholesome option for my furry friend. Overall, I highly recommend AATU 85/15 Complete Dry Cat Food, Duck to any cat owner looking for a nutritious, high-protein, and grain-free food that their cat will love. It’s a premium choice that offers fantastic health benefits and great taste!

Stopped my cats having hairballs!
Imagine waking up each morning late for work because you're lazy and slow. Imagine rushing into the kitchen to grab a slice of toast for breakfast on-the-go. Now imagine slipping barefoot on a wet rejurgetated ball of cat hair. That's no way to start your day. Sadly, this was my life. I came down to a surprise present from my cats every morning. It put me in a bad mood before I even left the house. One day, with wet and slimey soles, I embarked on a journey to solve this problem forever. After extensive Googling I found out the cause of these excessive hairballs was because I was feeding my cats the equilvent of McDonald's for every meal and pretending it was a balanced diet. At the time they were eating Iams dry food and Felix wet pouches. This type of food is full of sugars and other unnecessary additives that make it much harder for cats stomachs to digest. In my cats this resulted in excessive hairballs. I decided to switch them across to AATU wet and dry food. They would not even attempt to eat the wet pouches and we ended up donating them to the cat and dog shelter. Which I suppose was the equivalent to asking a junk food addict to eat clean so it's hardly a surprise they didn't want it. Instead we opted for Sheba Fine Flakes with Gravy which has a much higher protein content than other store bought cat foods and they enjoy it too. Plus it's easier for us to pick up when we need more. After this reluctant compromise we moved on to switch the dry food. This was a much easier transition. We just mixed it in with the Iams and gradually increased the amount of AATU and decreased the other dry food. It took a few months to change across to the better quality food. But this was mostly due to the stubborn personalities of both my cats and I in introducing the AATU wet pouches. Once they were on the Sheba wet food and AATU dry food the change was noticeable in a matter of weeks. The hairballs have stopped almost completely, except for moulting season - but even then a brush with a defurminator seems to do the trick. I have also notice the amount of hair they shed is far less, their fur is much smoother and shinier and they have more energy during the day to play and interact with us. Also their faeces now smells like roses - just kidding! It's still awful. We have two domestic shorthairs, both medium build, we leave their dry food down for them the graze on all day and top up with wet food for breakfast and tea. One of these bags of AATU dry food last about 5 weeks for our cats. If you're thinking about making the switch I would recommend it despite it being a pricer product. It's well worth it for a nicer start to your day. Both you and your pets will be happier for it.

Cat loves it!
My cat is absolutely obsessed with AATU dry food! The ingredients are pure gold, I honestly think she eats healthier than I do as a result haha. Duck seems to be her favourite flavour compared to chicken or salmon, but I like to alternate to keep things interesting for her. The 3kg pack lasts a long time, which speaks to the high quality and excellent protein content. It’s a bit of an investment, but completely worth it for how much my cat enjoys it and how healthy it keeps her. Highly recommend!

Best cat food ever
This is the best cat dry food ever. I have thoroughly researched the market and most of the dry food is full of nasties and sugar with below bar ingredients. This is the only food with maximum quality meat percentage and the best quality cat food. My cat is very happy after eating this food. Very active. Some of the vets recommend feeding only this aatu food to cats who have health issues like diabetes, pancreatitis, diarrhoea. It may be tad expensive than other food but it’s worth it for your cat. I only hope that Aatu does not increase the cost from here or change their ingredients.

Gold Star health review at the Vets
HI there, During the last decade Ive only fed my cat AATU - It has more protein and is easy to digest. Because a lot of other food have high amounts of sugars and stuff not meant for cats in nature. When I changed her over to this she was very skeptical - However a gold star of health unseen by my vets and Cleo is 18 years old and this is all I feed her. Fabulous product my cat has NO health issues at all. It shows to pay a little bit more in the beginning will have a massive benefit in the long run saving costs elsewhere. I swear by it!

Good company/food once upon a time
My cat was on this for 10 out of her 12 years. She was always the perfect weight and she could self regulate her eating habits. Her coat was excellent, her poop was small, unsmelly and she pooped with ease. However, she went of it and I tried to email customer services to see if they had changed the recipe, or factory, or something too see wether i could just wait it out whilst she got used to the changes or if nothing had changed then i would need to keep a closer eye on my cat as she could be sick/old; and I got a very obscure reply that did not answer any of my questions. It felt like a 'copy and paste standard reply'. Something I would expect from a 'meat derivative' company, not a 'premium cat food' company; so, we changed and my cat has put her weight back on, got her glossy coat back and the Vets are happy with her again. So, 10 out if 12 years for the food itself would be a 5*; however, due to changes in the company, or processing, or quality control, or lack of quality customer service has made me realise they are not what they once were, or portrayed themselves to be. No longer a customer.

Buy direct.
This product is amazing. Ordering here is a complete hassle but it was not available in any local shops. Having to substitute a different brand of food with lower protein for a week is unhealthy as consistent feeding is better for cats digestion. I'd prefer not to feed dry food (cats do better with moist food as they often dont drink enough water to keep kidneys healthy) but my rescue sphynx insists on having these available along with wet food. I got tired of logistic problems and other inconsistencies as there are not many other brands that come close to this quality of product. I wish I realised this was available direct sooner so the consequences of not feeding this could have been avoided. It is more reliable and cheaper that way too: no older batches are sent that end up lower quality or being rejected by a picky cat. (Other reviews have had the same issue.) Do yourself and your cat a favour and buy Aatu from the source.
