These supplements are great at what they do ,I always feel the benefits when taking them

Easy to swallow

Serving size says to take 2 per day with a meal, then it says serving size 1 softgel, think these two should match. Product itself seems good, can't tell if it's working, may not be able to [one of those underlined fixes]. D3 and K2 go well together, and help a magnitude of things in the body, there is a huge list with this supplement, and it doesn't just start and end with the bones or joints. I just didn't like the poor quantity of 120 capsules when taking 2 per day is 60 days out of 365, is not vegan as it contains gelatin, and isn't FDA approved. What could improve on this would be to take out gelatin, and replace that, add magnesium, zinc, copper, and B-vitamins as they all go together to help Vitamin-D3 and K2 work even better. Also to have 365 days supply of vitamin -D3 +K2 especially in UK where sun can be rare outside of summer, when I buy vitamin -D3+K2 I always go with ones that have all year round dose.

Great quality caps and easy to take , perfect for the recommended amount I like to take two a day and with the coconut oil makes it really good and palatable on your stomach every pleased with this product

The ad. for this product is so confusing, makes so many conflicting statements, it is giving me a headache! I just hope what we have here is confusion rather than dishonesty. The headline claims 4,000IU vitamin D3 and offers 120 "tablets" for £9.99. That seems a very reasonable price, assuming we get 4000IU in each pill. Confusion starts here. Firstly, these are not tablets but softgels, and they are referred to as softgels elsewhere on the ad. and on the packet. Having opened the packet, I can confirm that these are indeed softgels and NOT tablets. Next, nowhere in the headlines or as I scroll down from them do I see any mention of the amount of vitamin D in each capsule, or any suggestion as to how many caps. to take daily. On the packet, and in thumbnails down the left side of the ad., I read "Serving size 1 softgel' and "amount per serving 10,000IU. However, scrolling down the thumbnails, I find the advice to "Take 2 softgels daily with a meal". Under "Product Description" I see: "Dosage: 4,000 IU Vitamin D3 + 100 mcg Vitamin K2 per softgel". Elsewhere the ad. warns that taking more than 4,000IU vitamin D daily could be harmful. These contradictions hardly inspire confidence in the product! Nothing adds up! Now for the positive. I am very glad these are indeed softgels and not tablets. They are small, which will make swallowing them even easier. (I find all sizes of capsules go down so much easier than tablets, which stick in my throat, however tiny they may be.) I am glad to have the combination of vitamin D & K, which is said to improve absorption of vitamin D. Vitamin K is also said to be valuable in its own right. I fear my keto diet does not provide me with enough vitamin K (found in broccoli, lettuce, seed oils). I am happy that the softgels are filled up with coconut oil rather than the dreaded rice flour added to so many supplements. Rice flour is a no-no for those of us trying to eat very low carb/keto whereas coconut oil is a plus for people aiming for ketosis. I plan to take only one softgel daily, so this pack of 120 will last me 4 months. More is not always better! If you choose to buy before 10th October 2024 you can claim a 10% discount, bringing the price for 120 caps down to just £9. If the inconsistencies in the ad make you nervous, I suggest you contact the seller.

I have taken D3 and K2 for years because of both the dim weather in the UK and because of the amount of sunscreen I wear on a daily basis year-round. 4000 IU of D3 is an excellent dosage that won't get you into overdose levels but will also keep you well above the absolute minimum levels required. It does help me to feel just that bit more normal throughout the year, whereas before I started taking D3 I would very evidently just feel lethargic and generally unhappy throughout winter time. One other reviewer says that they returned their product because this is a dangerous level of Vitamin D to take, which is incorrect. The Upper Tolerable Intake Level), which is the maximum daily dose of a nutrient that is unlikely to cause side effects, is 4,000 IU (100 μg) per day, however higher doses are sometimes used for short term treatments in the case of extreme deficiency. At 120 softgels this will last four months at one per day, which is excellent, and I would highly recommend this as an excellent dosage in a convenient package!

Man wird sehen. Es wurde geliefert wie bestellt und angepriesen. Nach 6 Monaten: Produkt wird gut vertragen. Wichtig! Man muss unbedingt den D3 Spiegel messen lassen!! Auch ein Schnelltest für zuhause ist hilfreich, obwohl er kein Labor ersetzt. So kann man die Dosierung bestimmen. Tests gibt es auch bei Amazon, Sowohl Schnelltests als auch "zum Einschicken". Dazu Magnesium und trinken. Wasser.
