Bought this as an emergency purchase because it was on sale and my existing chair had just given up the ghost, and I'd honestly expected it to be a cheap stop gap until I could afford a better chair. By the 5* score I'm giving this, you can tell that I was pleasantly surprised.I spend a lot of time in an office situation with a variety of chairs, and I've had this now for about 6 weeks and it's still one of the most comfortable chairs I've had the pleasure of sitting in. I can spend hours in it without getting a sore back, unlike previous chairs I've used. It's suitably ergonomic for when I'm working, but if I want to sit and watch a movie at the PC, I can comfortably do so in a more relaxed fashion.

The finish of the plastics leaves a bit to be desired (scuff marks and dusty). At first I thought this unit was a return as one of the armrests had two different coloured sealing tape to the plastic bag and one of them had been cut. However bolts and fastening package was a sealed blown plastic package.The fastening package letter markings were extremely bad and these letters were the references to the assembly instruction manual, luckily the manual also had illustrations of the individual bolts.Once assembled (which is not as bad as I'm probably making it sound) the chair is very very comfortable, with a lot of adjustments to get it to fit you the way you want it.If I was in the market for a second computer / office chair I would buy it again, especially at the price I paid £89.99 ( at the moment there's a £40 voucher)Also which is not mentioned, or I missed it in the advert, on the side of the box is a 5 year warranty advert with a email for a service centre. Also as mentioned in other review, my chair has one indent in the seat foam from the way it was packed. However it's nearer the backrest and hopefully it will rebound in time.

Really good chair super comfortable and has the perfect amount of padding and adjustable.Only downside is side is that the headrest cant be adjusted forward for better head support, but still deserves a 5 star

Had this for a week and no complaints so far. It's super comfortable and I've had no issues sitting on it for an entire work day. Like another review, I do have an indentation on the seat but not really fussed as it doesn't compromise the comfort of the seat and I use an orthopedic cushion on the seat anyway, so you can't see it.

Bought this chair specifically for the adjustable and extendable arms. But after an hour building it turns out that the arms do not extend.Reason it took an hour to build is because some of the screw holes are misaligned. Very disappointed with such an expensive chair.Edit: less than 3 months later. All the wheels have been falling off the casters. I've trying to find a caster replacement service or marsail casters for sale, but this doesn't seem to be offered. So I'm now ordering a new set of wheel casters from another company because the chair is literally falling apart.Regretting not just sending this back during the return window.
