Excellent value
I originally bought the night time blueblocking clip on's and was very happy with those that I decided to try the daytime blueblocking glasses Im happy with both! I almost spent about 3x's the amount of what I paid for these. Im extremely pleased and will purchase more.

They work great with my contacts at the computer
It doesn't work at bedtime without my contacts. I have the 1.5 and it helps when I'm sitting in front of my computer. But I can't see out of these when I take my contacts out at bed. Not the fault of the manufacturer. I just need a second pair without readers 1.5 in the lens.

Covers more field of vision for better blue light wavelength filtering
I had Lasik surgery some 20 years ago, to correct my vision, one eye near and one eye far and it has been successful for me, but as I have aged, reading glasses help me read tiny print way more comfortably without strain and It seems I am always losing them so I have about 8 pair in various rooms of my home. And I previously and normally buy the "half" size to perch on the end of the nose to peer over when wanting to see further away without removing the glasses. I was intrigued when I saw these because they also offer blue light protection through orange lens technology and when I first bought readers they were just offering magnification but then blue light glasses came along and readers were offered in blue light protection also so I got those because I am a rather nocturnal person and do a lot of computer work at night before bed or catching up with texts/email as well on my smartphone. Needed them so I got them and seems to be a wise move. Seeing these larger frame and lens area readers with orange lens technology -on the right in the photo next to my previous blue light nose-resting reading glasses and the size difference is evident) and that I am no longer just using them to help with tiny print or better vision on small tasks but wanting to counter blue light's intrusion into my sleep quality I realized these larger fields of blue light blocking orange lens would be a big improvement and I REALLY LOVE THEM - and they do not look orange really - you have to look on an angle to see any yellow-orange cast. I feel they could do a superior job of blocking TV and smart phone blue light which research states interferes with sleep inducing melatonin, better than the half reader size so I am very pleased with this purchase and I don't notice any color change in my surroundings as has been mentioned in my research so I have no negatives on these. And they come in plenty of strengths to customize to one's own enlargement needs. Of course, they are not inexpensive but we're talking about your eyes and restorative sleep here so I'm happy and think they are worth it. They do turn the blueish-white computer display screen a warmer hue so you can know they are working, knocking down the blue.

Appear to be Actual Blue Blocking Glasses, Correction spot on, They Stay Up on a Flat Nasal Bridge
Although these come with a "Blue blocking checker", I'm putting more faith in the fact that they reflect blue and purple light from both flourescent and LED lights and also the lenses are slightly yellow. PROS: 1. They're really comfortable 2. They stay up on my scooped nasal bridge, even when I bend over and shake my head gently 3. Large lenses mean lots of corrected area 4. Cute, but the frames are lightweight and aren't bulky. 5. The 2.5 correction seems spot on. Considerations: 1. Note that these come with the little blue light checking light/card. I have heard that these run a bit gimmicky, as they may only check a narrow band of blue light. However with the slightly yellow lenses and the fact that they reflect blue and purple, I don't feel a need for the light/card. 2. Be ready to look a little yellow in the mirror while you're wearing them. I like that these aren't as yellow as some bedtime blue blockers, as those tend to annoy me, while these don't. These also come with an educational brochure about blue light, a cloth case and a cleaning cloth. They claim to be made by a small business.

Easy On The Eyes
Previously I have purchased a different brand of Blue Light Blocking glasses and found their yellowish lens tone not only distracting, but my eyes felt tired after using. These Sleep ZM Blue Light Blocking Reading Glasses are advertised as clear and they appear clear, however once on, they have a soft hue that I immediately found easy on my eyes. The glasses come with a tiny flashlight and demonstration test card, but I cannot attest to the scientific accuracy regarding the type of light blocked. BUT I can attest to my eyes feeling better with the glasses on while using my PC, Kindle, or reading on my cell phone. The lenses are are large so the viewing coverage is complete. The frames fit comfortably secure and are lightweight. I like that these Sleep ZM are available with the reader magnification; my former pair of Blue Light Blockers did not offer any magnification. These are more pricey than my other pair, but their quality is a great deal more. They come with a case, as well as a cleaning cloth.

Temple became loose swinging freely does not stay on.
I bought these a few weeks ago and they are good however the right temple is loose, and swinging freely it lost its resistance. So now they do not stay on as well.
