Really nice totally worth it.
These are great. They go around the entire ear so they’re very comfortable, they sound great, look great and come with a nice hard case.

Excellent Entry-Level Headphones - 2025/2026 HP's of the Year!
In the 20+ years I've been using full size headphones for PC/Media use, these rank among the best. They're comfortable, they sound amazing, they're light, they're very nice to look at, they're built stout, they're easy to drive, and they respond really well to EQ-ing. I may finally feel OK to retire my 20 year-old pair of JVC HA-RX700's, Denon D2000's, AKG K553 Pro's, and Sony XB-500's. I haven't gone back to any of them in the almost year I've had the FT1's. I picked these up last January, took a while to get them. But when I did, was well worth the wait! The cord is a good length for my basic desk usage, I don't use these away from my desk. But the cable is well built, the connections are good, and I don't feel a need to replace it. I want to say it came with a second cord, but I don't recall now TBH. I appreciate that the mids and hi's are still clear and forward, while the bass can be ominous and very present. I am using a FiiO K11 DAC/AMP to run them, and what a great combination that has been! Mix in some EQ-ing from EQ APO/PeaceUI, and I'm good to go. The 60mm drivers really deliver in these headphones. The wood caps look amazing. I still look at these every time I go to my desk in awe of how good they look for what I paid (around $150-160 in early 2025), and I am beside myself. There are better headphones, in every way, I'm sure. But I'm no audiophile, I do like what I like sound and comfort-wise, isolation-wise, and mostly, budget-wise. These checked all the boxes a year ago, and still do to this day. These are my headphones of 2025, and 2026. :)

What a great buy! Quality Headphones! Quality Price!
If you are searching for a quality over the ear headphone at a budget price, look no further. I have multiple pairs of headphones ranging from over the ear wired (Sennheiser, Audio-Technica) to blue tooth noise cancelling (Bose, Sony) and have enjoyed them all for the variety in sound and pleasure they can provide. I picked up the FT-1 due to the many glowing reviews I watched and read and I must say these do not disappoint. I had a few hour listening session (Sturgill Simpson, Steely Dan, Rolling Stones, Beatles) to go through a variety of my favorite artists and loved the sounds I heard. These are closed back, so the soundstage is a little condensed, but there is good separation in the instruments and vocals. I guess to use some subjective terms, I felt like the sound was warm (not really overly bass heavy as I had heard described), clear, and intimate. I found the build to be solid and fairly sturdy. The cups are comfortable and even after a couple hours I was still comfortable with them on. I am not crazy about the term "good for the money" but this is a quality product at a great price. If you are looking to upgrade your headphone "game" or a budding "audiophile" you should consider these headphones.

Having a blast re-experiencing my entire music library
I've been searching for a well-priced closed back headphone for AGES and have been disappointed or outright hated every one I've tried until now. I'm fairly new to the audio scene so I can't compare these to anything past the same price range, but I loved these the moment I put them on and only grew to love them more as I re-experienced my music library. I pair these with a Fiio K5 pro and also a Fiio KA11 and they both make the FT1 sound wonderful. The FT1 is easy to power so a DAC isn't necessary, but definitely can make for a better sound. My pc already has noise issues so a dac was necessary for me, but I notice even on my phone I get slightly better sound through the dac dongle than directly from the audio port. I do have some gripes though. The headband is uncomfortable and caused pain after a few hours of listening. This was easily fixed with the capra headband mod, but out of the box it was unwearable on my small head. The cables also have some pretty bad microphonics if you're wearing clothes they can catch on. This can also be fixed with third party cables if it bothers you. Lastly, there is a noticeable issue with leaking sound if they headphones aren't seated perfectly on your head. I have to tie back my long hair and fiddle with the position for a bit every time I put them on, and with glasses there are some issues. Despite these flaws, I'm extremely happy with the sound for the price. Not just the sound, but they're quite nice to look at too. These headphones finally gave me a reason to build my hi res flac library since I can finally hear a significant gap in quality from my old compressed itunes stuff.

Good quality for a good price
Excellent headphones. I use with my stereo. So very comfortable! I have a small head. I have thme adjusted as small as they go. Very comfy. They do not seem fragile. I think mine have the upgrade fix to prevent the swivel from falling apart as others before showed. Comes with a nice case. Cables are nice. Sound quality is excellent!

Mon meilleur casque.

My only real complaint is the cable, which feels very low quality with a lot of microphonics. However, this is easily fixed with a 20€ aftermarket cable, so not enough to take a star off at this price point. The other thing I will mention is that some people may find the treble a little bit harsh at times, but this comes down to individual preference. The wood can make a couple of pops as you start wearing them, presumably as it changes temperature and expands. Not a big deal (it happens maybe 1/10 times) and probably inevitable when using real wood. Other than that, they are fantastic sounding headphones. If you haven't used a pair of high quality headphones before, you'll get to experience your favourite songs as if it were the first time again.
