Total blackout !
They really block out the light. I bought to use with my LED mask they arrived in a cute transparent plastic case. The string has a toggle to tighten , or secure around the head ! I did find they left a mark on my upper eyelids but this would ,be from the mask on top of them. So I will be putting cotton pads on my eyelids to avoid this. Overall a nifty little pair of goggles that do block out the light .

Block led light completly
Block the led light completely. Bought as I had an alergic reaction to the eye protection that came with my led face masks unfortunately I have had a worse reaction to these.

Great goggles
I have read many reviews about how bad sun bed goggles are but needed a pair and for the price i chose these. A great purchase as it turns out, the fit is perfect for me and blank out all the light from the sun bed lamps comfortably in perfect darkness, i even use them lying in bed to help me doze off, also comes in a nice plastic pouch for protection, a great buy and so cheap.

Black out completely
Do much better than tan shop cheap goggles. These fit comfortably and really do the job. Keep safe and even use them just before bed to get black out and sleep better.
