Great gamer's PC
Great start up gaming PC. Has the 4 fans that are RGB that you can control with the pre-installed Gigabyte Control Center (GCC), which allows you to use pre-set color schemes or where you can create your own. The RAM was good for a starter, but I did upgrade to 64GB that has RGB lighting. The GCC app is not compatible with the T-Force RGB to be able to change the different colors, so I had to download the RGB Fusion app to be able to control that. The GCC does allow you to set and control the fan speeds as well. Start up time is quite quick and I haven't had any huge problems with running games on the highest setting. There are some lag delays occasionally when I'm playing ATS or ETS2, but nothing major. The looks of the PC are great with the silver bottom finish and if you need access internally, the door is magnetized and swings open. The wireless adapter hasn't had any issues with connectivity. All in all this is a great value for what you get and immediately start playing your favorite games.

PC great for beginners
Slick looking pc, pretty easy to navigate and set up for beginners. Went prebuilt since it was my 1st PC and didn't know the ins and outs. It works perfectly wel for what I need and the RGB are a nice touch. I did have a problem with a faulty keyboard, but since I had already ordered another one. I wasn't too worried about it. You can hear the fans but they are nothing overly loud.

If less than $1000. Go for it!
Awesome computer for the price. Was on sale for $950. First time upgrading from a 1080 3gb that worked okay for some games; but the newer ones require so much more. This was an awesome find. The first one arrived with a broken Ethernet port. Customer service was fast and responsive. Able to get straight through on tech support. Walked through solutions. Didn’t work. I needed the Ethernet over just WiFi so I needed it to work. They offered a warranty replacement repair free of charge and back in two weeks. I opted for Amazon free replacement. Next one was fast and easy to set up. Works awesome. Speed and quality are great. Nice build. All fans work excellent. Case easy to access. Came with Asus 4060ti. Highly recommend. Able to play wreckfest 1/2, dirt 2.0 and more with insane FPS at over 150. I’d recommend this product for sure. Also came very well packaged. It is heavy. Like 30 pounds.

Pretty good machine right out of the box.
The computer was in it's own box carefully packed to prevent damage. However the delivery box was over sized with one piece of packing paper that served no purpose. The computer box was able to move freely in the shipping box, left and right, up and down. About 8" on the side and 2"or 3" on the top. The shipping box was pretty beat up. Fortunately, there was no damage to the computer. The computer booted up and I was done with the customize and login phase in record time, based on my previous experiences. I had a networking issue I tried to resolve over a 2 day period, maybe 6 hrs. time. Three phone calls and another 6 hrs. later, Windows resolved the issue. I had to reload Windows 11, which was a waste of time, that didn't resolve anything. There was a display issue which I probably induced. The only problems I have encounter have been with Windows 11. Since then, another 2 days, it has been running flawlessly. I am impress with the speed that old programs come up. The graphics are terrific. I don't care for the lighting, but it is a nice touch. I have 2 TVs that I use for monitors, only 1 HDMI output plug. I'm not a gamer, I use it more for multimedia.

It Works Great
At the time of writing this I have had the PC for a year and a couple of months, and it runs almost like it did when it was brand new. The only weird thing that I have noticed is that the fans will sometimes crank up to high and just stay there until it is turned off. There has also been a couple times when they just stop and don't go until it is restarted. Other than the I enjoy the performance. I may be a bit biased coming from and older PC while playing games like Ark: Survival Evolved with like 5-10 FPS, but everything that I have played has run incredibly smooth, even on a 4k TV. (Also note that the newer components will not allow you to connect to old monitors without and active HDMI adapter)

Great PC, value for money.
Using this PC for about 10 months now. It is seriously worth the price and an amazing built rig for people working in design oriented infustries. I am an architect who plays occassional sports games. I think for games like FIFA/EAFC or NBA2K this delivers quite pleasant gaming experience. Where it came as a pleasant surprise performance wise would be 3D modeling and rendering. Even for quit complex pojects and lengthy rendering tasks this one did not cause any trouble at all. Look wise I would rate it to be quite smart. But the LED lights are a bit too brightly lit in default settings. Other than that, this would make your room better look wise. The keyboard and mouse are decent. But for included components they are better than most other ones. I had the option to pay in instalments without any APR. This made my purchase quite easy. I am happy so far how it is running. So for the price, i would most certainly recommend it.

Gaming So Smooth, Even Spectrum Can’t Ruin It (Usually)
My grandson, a serious gamer, loves this gaming PC. He uses it all the time, hardly touches his Xbox now, mostly just for videos. We've moved it three times in a year, and it's held up great. The power button is acting up a little after a year of daily use, but that's it. I love how it looks, especially the cool lighting. It runs super smooth, no lag unless it's the servers or Spectrum's fault. I'm really happy with it and would totally recommend it. I'll get another CyberPowerPC next time for sure.

Buyers Beware: If you are considering CyberPowerPC, think very carefully before purchasing!!!!
We purchased this CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming PC for $1100 as a Christmas gift for our son last year, and it completely failed just one year later. It is a piece of junk. When we attempted to troubleshoot, the system would not update drivers, would not recognize the GPU, and repeatedly blue-screened during driver updates. When we contacted CyberPowerPC this week (just one year and two weeks after buying the computer), we were told they would not help at all because the warranty was only one year since it was purchased through Amazon. We were shocked to learn that if the same PC had been purchased directly from CyberPowerPC OR Costco, it would have included 2 years on parts and 3 years labor. This difference was never made clear at purchase. Despite explaining that the issues began during the warranty period, CyberPowerPC refused to make any exception or offer any goodwill support. Instead, they pointed us to their website where they specifically state that for purchases made on Ecommerce OUTSIDE their website or Costco, they only offer a 1 year warranty. which is a SHAME! and horrible. To make matters worse, when I asked for manager, a manager named Leo refused to take the call or allow it to be escalated, leaving us completely dismissed as customers. All because we bought it from Amazon! We never knew. For a gaming PC at this price point, failing after one year with no support is unacceptable. The lack of flexibility and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. Buyers Beware: If you are considering CyberPowerPC, think very carefully before purchasing!!!! Their computers are junk and they do not offer the same warranty to buyers on Amazon as they do to buyer at Costco or on their own website. We will not be purchasing from CyberPowerPC again.
