This product is terrible. It is basically made out of thin construction paper. The sticking is a horrible setup and hardly works. Gets stuck to everything and gets everything on it. Once you take it out of the package you risk getting them stuck to the floor or your hands. I thought that this might be worth it if it actually worked but please trust me : IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!! I would have given zero stars but it won't allow me to submit the review without a star.

I really like this muscle stimulator set. It’s easy to use and fits perfectly on the abs and arms. After a few days, you can really feel your muscles working. Perfect for when I don’t have time to go to the gym. Totally recommend it!

Not a good product...too much work to assemble....cannot feel stimulation

It does not work. There is no strength to the padd. The ems is so weak.

Poor quality

Very good purchase, I recommend it, it has good resistance, power, you can adjust the intensity, the frequency, the adhesive holds quite well, and you have several for changes.

I was hoping it would work but it was very uncomfortable and I had to return it.
