I ordered this product because you supposedly could downlod an App that controls the sound. The android app was not existing. An Apple app i could download but it does not work at all. I almost killed my one ear because it jumped to max sound and created that whistle sound feedback. Overall these hearing aids produce a much to shrill sound in all there presets. Especially women speaker on TV are extremely bright.All the presets in the unit sound about the same not like the sound curves that are shown in the prescription. Also the unit isnot directionly active. You hear all sounds around you very loud but what come out of the TV is hard to amplify without feed back. I tried all the ears pieces provided no improvement against the feedback. One positive item is the charging box that works very nicely.

These are not for the severely hard of hearing!The magnetic connection to charge is too strong and when you try to remove units from charging box, the rubber tips will pull off ! Trouble to replace these every time ! Bad design!! Lots of feedback when in ear canal even at medium volume!

I cam from $4000 custom fitted hearing aids to these. They provide what I need in a general sense but not a fine tune product. I am happy with these and they do help in my hearing at some levels but not in all range.

I bought my first pair about 2 months ago and started to have problems with it about 2 weeks in. The right aid started to become muffled, the part that goes into the ear canal started to ware out and finally it just started not working at all, then the left piece started to fail around the same time. I returned it for a new pair and everything was working well up until a week in and the piece that fits into the ear canal started to come off and the sound coming from the aid totally changed. So now I'm stuck with having to return this pair. I'm considering just getting a refund and going with another brand. Buyer beware, do not purchase this product!!!!
