I think I'd definitely have to give this cream some credit... After only using it twice a day, usually massaging it on my chest and my neck area once in the morning and once before bedtime, for only 4 days, I've felt a significant decrease in my irritability... I have high hopes for more positive results as I continue to use this product as directed... Please note that results may vary with each person, a slight notable improvement within a short period of time may not apply to everyone, but a promise of some significant benefits in long term use can be highly anticipated. A bonus surprise of course is its pleasant smell that is light and feminine... The consistency of the product is a nice in between, not too thick for a cream but not watered down to be a lotion... All in all, I give this product a "go ahead and get one". Whether to help increase your estrogen levels or to help ease the symptoms associated with menopause. For the price, it is definitely worth trying, which I am sure will be worth your money. It has been recommended for use with the Progesterone Cream by the same manufacturer, may be trying that very soon... Will definitely purchase again.

I am in my mid 40's and was thrust into menopause by surgery. The dr. had put me on a couple of estrogen tablets that continued to make me sick. Until I found this product Vitamin E helped with the hot flashes. In the past few weeks that I've been using this the moisture is slowly returning to my skin and I'm also sleeping better. The night sweats have just about diminished. I am also using the Progesterone cream every other night. My system is sensitive and I can't usually go by the doses that they suggest. I am a middle age stroke survivor and I noticed that when I rubbed the cream into my neck or wrists I would get nausea real bad. Which is one of the side effects I deal with daily because of the stroke. When I started applying it to my thigh I got all the benefits of the cream without the side effects. I hope that this helps somebody.

I purchased Phyto-Estrogen Cream in an attempt to lessen hot flashes from surgically-induced menopause. I noticed a slight difference within a few days of using it, but not enough to really make a difference. I did begin to notice a bigger difference once I started using progesterone cream as well after reading some information claiming women with low progesterone were more prone to hot flashes. The combination has been paying off in the way of fewer hot flashes and lesser intensity of those that remain. The product comes in a 4 oz. tub, which I didn't like. The directions are to use 1/2 tsp. twice daily on the smooth areas of skin like wrists, face, throat, or chest. (I can't imagine applying this to my face.) The product does not come with any type of measuring device, so at first I just used what I thought was about 1/2 tsp. Eventually I gave in and used a measuring spoon to see how much I actually should have been using, and I was nowhere near correct. 1/2 tsp. is a LOT of product. I had to purchase a new measuring spoon just for this product because it was getting annoying having to get it from the kitchen each time I needed to use it. The smell of the product is okay. It's not too annoying, and I'm very sensitive to scents. But I didn't really like the texture. With the amount you need to use each time, it's difficult to get it all rubbed in. It just turns white on your skin until you rub the excess somewhere else. Instead of applying it to one of the suggested areas and rotating the area (which is also suggested), I had to apply it to multiple areas each time, so there was no area left for rotation. It left me feeling slightly sticky. It also seemed like it never fully absorbed into the skin, as when I got into the shower the areas where it had been applied felt slimy. The other problem is the amount you need to use. Using the correct amount twice a day, my tub is close to empty after 23 days. Although I prefer more natural solutions to HRT if I can avoid it, the cost of this product is a bit high. Instead of replacing this product, I have ordered another brand which suggests a smaller amount per use and pumps out the correct amount--no guessing. Three stars because I did see a difference with the product, but it isn't a good long-term solution for me.

Crème qui s'étale bien. Très peu d'odeur mais agréable. Raffermie la peau du visage, surtout l'ovale en la mettant matin et soir. Résultat visible après 8 jours. La peau fragile sous les yeux est retendue discrètement. Je recommande cette crème pour les peaux matures comme la mienne. Je pense continuer à la mettre à "vie".

J'ai attendu de voir son efficacité avant de mettre une évaluation. Je peux dire qu'elle est géniale, après plusieurs jours ma peau est rebondie et d'une grande douceur.J'ai l'habitude de mettre beaucoup plus chère dans mes crèmes de jour, donc je suis très étonnée de voir son efficacité, dès que mon pot est fini, j'en recommande!!!!

Agréable et ça marche à condition d'en mettre deux fois par jour. Donc financièrement ça commence à faire mal au porte monnaie. Je dirai qu'avec un pot on pourrait faire 30 jours.

J'ai 57 ans, et je me trouve vieille et ridee. Je ne sais pas si cette crème aura un effet sur ma peau, mais j'essaye. Cela fait une petite semaine que j'ai commencé et je ne vois pas vraiment de signe.
